The prices are insane now, I used to visit 3-4 times a month to get food, now they want to nickel and dime you. The 'pepper bar' used to be free, now they want to charge for everything, surprised they don't charge for napkins. This location will go the way of all the other Quiznos with this type of cheap attitude when they are charging $12-$15 for a sandwich.

I absolutely love eating here, the food is wonderful and the staff is always so nice. I just REALLY wish they were open past 7pm. I don't get off work until 6:30 and it makes it almost impossible to grab some dinner on the way home!

I order two sandwiches, the cashier charges extra for adding sauce which I requested instead of ranch to chipotle mayo, I noticed the extra charges after I made the payment, I asked why it’s extra charge, she is lost, untrained, very unprofessional, rude, and started yelling at me, I got so upset, decided to cancel my order, she has no idea how to cancel a transaction, I waited and waited, she started yelling when I started recording, I end up calling the police to sort the situation out, I left without sandwiches when made, I asked them to keep it or throw it away because the food never tasted good when gone through all this crap. I urge everyone, please take your business somewhere else, this place is not safe to eat because I left the business without refunds and without my paid sandwiches. I made a video which is going to on TikTok soon, Quiznos you lost a longtime customer.

I visited Quiznos for the first time today, and I was blown away by the quality of both the food and the service! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were also super efficient, and the food came out so quickly — everything was fresh and absolutely delicious.
What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left my purse behind with a good amount of money inside. I called the store, and to my surprise, they had kept it safe for over an hour! I was so relieved to know they had taken such great care of my items. It’s rare to experience that level of honesty and responsibility.
I can’t wait to return — this will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. Huge thanks to the amazing team at Quiznos for making my first visit unforgettable!

They need people their that listen to the customer and what they want. They put what they want on your sandwich. They messed up my sandwich along with several other people. They asked if I wanted them to take my sandwich back to pick off the tomatoes. No, I don't want you to pick nothing of my sandwich. You can fix me another sandwich......CRAZY.

I used to really love Quiznos back in the day, but unfortunately, my recent visit was a huge let down. The food was mediocre at best - it honestly feels like they are trying to be Subway now but falling short. I couldn't even finish my sandwich, and to top it off i starting feeling sick about 10 minutes after eating.
The restaurant itself was just okay - not particularly clean or welcoming, but not awful either. The real kicker was the customer service, which was seriously lacking. No energy, no friendliness, just felt like i was inconveniencing them by being there.
The food here is absolutely delicious and the staff are always kind. If it wasn't for the fact that the location is absolutely disgusting and in disrepair it would get 5 stars. Keep in mind, this isn't the employees fault. The owners, either the chain owner or the corporation, keep this place running a skeleton crew and dont care about customer experience. Eating in the store makes the experience worse due to the condition of the store (especially of you need to use the restroom). The employees are almost constantly busy working every time I come here.

I absolutely love Quiznos Subs and am super happy that we still have one in Kansas City!!! I stop by this one from time to time to get the Chicken Carbonara Sandwich on the Rosemary Parmesan bread. It is perfection in a sandwich and this place crafts them perfectly. I drove over there last night and pulled up just at 7:15 to see that they were already closed. I just wish they were open past 7pm as when I am on that side of town, I always need to stop there from 7 to 8pm. PLEASE stay open a little later for those of us to travel to see you! I love that you guys are still in Kansas City!

First off, the manager who opens the store is a nice woman all and all. Now that that’s out of the way. The dude who whistles while he’s making the sandwiches takes away from the eating experience there. It’s a Quiznos. I’m not expecting much besides a good sandwich but I don’t want to hear someone whistling for the 15-20 minutes I’m sitting there enjoying my sandwich. Another thing is he’s whistling over our food as he’s making it. A little unsanitary. They messed up the orders of 2 of my coworkers as well. Forgot the chili on one (like $5) and they added cheese to a sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have it. TLDR: fire the guy who’s whistling or I’m going on Quiznos strike.
