Stopped in on my way home from the hospital. I always get the chicken carbonara sandwich. The last few times have been a major let down. The sandwich itself was tasteless and bland. It's so disappointing that they've let their quality of food go but the prices sure have went up. They also use to offer a condiment bar. That appears to be a thing of the past. If you're looking for a good quality and flavorful sandwich I would look else where. As far as the customer service it was decent. The restaurant itself was pretty clean too but this will probably be my last visit which really sucks because I remember when Quiznos was my top choice.

Just love that chipotle steak and cheese sandwich. It's always good. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly. Parking may be a bit tight as some of the other businesses are popular enough to take up lots of extra spaces.Again, great food here. So worth stopping in for lunch.

I think this is the only one in KC. Quiznos has some sandwiches you just can't get anywhere else. Their carbonara sub is a guilty pleasure.

By far the BEST sandwich shop in all of Kansas City!!! NEVER have I had a bad experience with the employees or food! GREAT view of Downtown KC while eating in or waiting for food. Sandwiches come out fast and perfectly toasted!!! Will drive 30 mins just to eat here. 100/100 RECOMMENDED!!!

Store was pretty dirty. The guy behind the counter was on his phone meanwhile the store was empty with every single table dirty… why? Would be nice if I got what I asked for on my sandwich especially since it’s $50 for 3 sub combos….

Love quiznos. Wish there were more of them in Kansas City.I recall the first time i ever went to a quiznos. It was a summer day in the 90's. I was just a teenage boy without a care in the world on my way to Kansas City for a rodeo and we stopped in Lamar Colorado for Lunch. Before i had marveled at the sandwiches of another popular establishment which shall not be named, and thought i knew it all. Well brother i had much to learn. The wonder of a toasted sub was brought full upon me and my very being, and i have never been the same. Then one day years later i tried the black angus steak, and it became my go-to order. That. And a Dr Pepper is a prime satisfying meal without equal. Also the lobster sub is really good too.Sadly Quiznos are becoming hard to find. I seek them kut whenever im able to and treasure each bite like it will be my last. I light a candle for this beloved establishment, and look back fondly at my facebook memories of each sandwitch ive eaten there whenever they come across my feed.I faithfully await the day when quiznos returns to its former glory and the streets bask in the aroma of a freshly toasted sub.I will be here Quiznos... and i will be hungry.

I'd actually give it a 4.5 stars total, but it only gives me the option for four or five. This Quiznos is the only one I have seen in the Kansas City area in a very long time. The food was just as good as I remembered it, but the store looked kind of bear from what I remember the last time I went to a Quiznos. I got the Prime Rib with peppercorn sauce on rosemary parmesan bread. I subbed olives for the onions. It was amazing!

Quiznos had seen better days. Last time I came here was four years ago and this time around, there's hardly even any condiments - the pepper bar is empty, broken down drink refrigerator in the dining area, the hotdog sitting behind the counter is pretty out of place. They were out of their signature vinegar and oil dressing for their sandwiches. The bread was like corrugated paper and the lobster was messy. I highly recommend if you're a die hard Quiznos fan, you might get what you want here but everyone else should think twice
