This place is always hit or miss. Service is never very good, though. Most of the time tables are pretty dirty.I've been here many times, but decided to leave a review now because we were just refused patio service on a 60 degree evening.We were excited to come and sit on the patio for happy hour with our dogs, but we were told there wasn't enough staff.I worked in the restaurant industry for many years - This is not a thing. When your restaurant is half empty and the patio is completely empty, it's not difficult for a server to walk through a door to provide service.This is the last time I come to Red Bridge from Olathe for this place.

Only got 2 stars on this cause the only good thing about this place is the chips and salsa and the Estrella Jalisco on tap the food is mediocre we had the ceviche it was way too acidic and the shrimp was cooked and it had jicama, scallops, and some other flavor I could not shake off, and the street tacos were not worth it and the food isn't authentic at all but I would come back only for the Estrella Jalisco on tap cause other places don't have it. Also this place is too expensive for whatever food this is.
Went there for dinner. The food wasn't great. The service was good. Wife and I were both sick for a couple days after.

17 min is how patient I was before walking out. We weren’t acknowledged or brought water in that time after being seated.. I finally asked a server if our table had a server and he said I don’t know it’s my 3rd day. We were on the patio right next to the KC mayor. Ha. The restaurants was maybe 1/4 full.

I absolutely love this restaurant!! I have one more Barrio to go, in KCMO, then I will have been to them all. Out of the three I have been to? I can’t say I have one favorite. I now have three favorites out of three if that’s possible. I chose the deep fried avocado tacos? I was in heaven!! The waitress was amazing, kept our lemonade glasses full, food was delivered hot and delicious. Their very own home made tortilla chips, are the very best. I enjoyed every bite! If you want a laid back atmosphere, great food and the best of the best, servers, chefs and wait staff, you will find it all here!!

Connor was great! Quick bite after shopping, it was just right!
Food was great, drinks were awesome. My problem was the service. We were never brought water, we ordered multiple rounds and our drinks sat at the bar for an extended period even though our server would check the bar station multiple times. When our server would come check on us, his attention was elsewhere and we had to repeat ourselves a lot. Our group had to ask two other servers to get our server for our checks. It was quite frustrating.

1st time at the restaurant. Disappointed in my order. I asked to have "No corn salsa, I can't eat corn." Never having eaten there I did not know Mexican rice had corn it. Nor did I see on the menu at the time that my meal came with Elote...corn. Saying I couldn't have corn, a Good Waitress would have pointed out the corn that was coming my way so I could make a different choice. $18+ to only be able to eat the two enchiladas. What I did have was good. Not sure I will return but if I do I will be more aware of the small print.

Bad service, our server complained and was making us feel uncomfortable our whole time we were there. Food was not great. A group of 10 came in after us and stormed out because the same server was rude to them when trying to get them seated for their reservation.
