It's called the Rice House, but the fried rice was so dry and bland. In my opinion the price doesn't match the quality/portion size of the food or the customer service.

Our service was very poor. She didn't even check to see if we needed refills. We had to find someone to help us. The Rice House's rice was very dry and bland. I got the General Tso's chicken and the sauce they used was soo sour I couldn't even eat it. Probably won't be making a second trip back.

The food tasted good. I asked for extra crispy and extra spicy. Neither option was done. Even though the food tasted good I will likely not be back

Tried Rice House for lunch via my mom, who went with a friend. They split the General Tso’s lunch special and chicken fried rice, plus wonton soup. General Tso’s was decent — sweet but not overly so, with chicken that stayed crisp even as leftovers. Fried rice was forgettable, and the wonton soup had a nice broth but disappointing wontons. My own order of pork in spicy garlic sauce was the standout — flavorful without being overly sweet, generous portion, and well-diced pork. Not spicy on its own, but easy to kick up with sambal or sriracha. That dish alone is a solid 4.5 stars and will be a repeat order.

My wife and I have been eating at Rice House for at least a decade - usually getting takeout. It's not something we eat often, and that's a shame. Their quality of food and service has always been first-rate. Just had two chicken dishes today, and the chicken was extremely high quality and perfectly prepared. Their sauces are really nice too. And the crab rangoon and egg rolls were well above average. Menu choices for lunches, combos, and dinners are extensive and budget-friendly. And the consistency of taste is 5-star, meaning I can always count on the same quality and preparations. They are exactly what they promise to be - great food, choices, and service.

We've been going here for over a year. Always had good food and service there's been a couple of times our dish wasn't what we expected but ate it anyway. I've ordered beef lomein and there was hardly any beef and said something which you are paying for a dish it should have beef in it. Then today I ordered shrimp and broccoli. It was extremely salty I couldn't eat it. The lady there became extremely upset and started yelling at me saying order it with less salt I've had this dish before and it was really yummy nit today. I didn't eat it except for the one shrimp I ate and 1 crab Rangoon which I got 2 because of no soup. Theu wanted to still charge me full price when I didn't eat it on theRangoon. Then they saidpay$5 for the Rangoonandto nevercomeback. I was shocked how I was treated as my family too. We come here at least twice a week and to be accused of Always sending back our food was so wrong when we've done once. If a customer doesn't like a dish they shouldn't be yelled at and then they called the police and took pictures of my license plate. We paid for 2 lunches and left. I was very embarrassed by how I was treated.

This is my third visit to Rice house. Their food quality, customer service, cleanliness & ambiance hasn't changed one bit.

Cost of Lunch specials has been increased from 8.55 to 9.95 USD since my last visit. Not complaining with this current market situation.

TBH, I was craving for fried rice and I ended up ordering Beef with Fresh Broccoli (one of their lunch specials)
Served with Egg drop soup + Egg roll + Fried rice

I have requested extra spice so they gave me chili oil. Everything was good. We didn't wait too long to get our food either.

Egg drop soup - 3.5/5
Egg roll - 4/5
Fried rice - 4/5
Beef with Broccoli - 4/5

Ample parking spots at the front of the restaurant.

I judge all Chinese restaurants based on their one ton soup. When inquiring about their one ton soup, the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful. And explaining exactly how they did their process. And it ended up being exactly what I wanted to top-notch one ton soup. Normally that indicates quality in the rest of their service. And food. We arrived food was ready hot and delicious
