Love this place! I was looking for one of these Nutrition places after I worked out and came across this place. The girls were so friendly and helpful, I hadn’t been to one in awhile. I ordered the banana nut bread shake and I can’t stop craving it now! So good and even better that is healthy and I don’t have to feel guilty about it!

Amazing teas and smoothies. You can add extra shots like immune boosting, energy, collagen, etc etc. A little pricey but soooo good and the girls are super sweet. Just tell them what you want or looking for and they will recommend and whip you up something fabulous.

I was turned onto this place by an employee at biolife for after donating to get a good protein drink. This place had me at first sip!! Very tasty drinks, friendly staff great atmosphere. The owner took the time to explain what the drinks do and how they help. I will be going here at least twice a week.

This place rocks! I never thought a shake would fill me up, but it did and you don’t feel overly full from them either! The teas are also just flat out unreal. Way better than a coffee or soda!
