The food was absolutely delicious. Flavor was on point. Oxtail was super tender, very fatty but still had a ton of meat, very flavorful, I was honestly shocked at how tender and delicious the jerk and curry chicken was.

Side dishes are a great complement and the service was fantastic. The woman working was very helpful and super friendly. I spent $40 dollars on my own food alone in order to try as much as I could and it was without a doubt money well spent. I literally ate everything and it was an undertaking.

Overall, the food was okay. The brown stew chicken was a bit too salty for my taste. The jerk patty was decent, and so was the rice and beans. The macaroni salad wasn't anything special.

My dad and I randomly stopped in and what a great surprise this was. Not only is ALL of the food AMAZING but the staff is super helpful, friendly and welcoming. They educate you on their dishes and help guide you to the best lunch you’ve ever had. The rum punch was fire too!! Definitely be returning! Thank you for existing

I can't believe that this is my first time trying the food here, and I've been missing out for 5 years. I wish I tried it sooner because everything is delicious, especially their oxtails, which are so tender, like fall of the bones. Their meats are well seasoned, and the flavor is amazing. I also got jerk chicken and curry chicken ohhhh so delicious!!!! Don't forget their chocolate cake 😋 The service is also exceptional. Thank you to the owners for how wonderful this restaurant is. If I can rate the place 10 stars, I will.

and also the food was soft and tender. fully cooked. we both enjoyed the yummy food🤤 ox tail and brown chicken. and i enjoyed the cole slaw 🤤

It's my opinion that this Jamaican restaurant is the best one in the KC area. The food is seasoned well to perfection. My only issue is that you only get 3 oxtails with an oxtail meal.
