Was missing an item on a delivery order, called to fix the issue and they told me they would credit back the amount for the missing item, but they did not issue a credit and I was still charged for the item I did not receive.

Ordered thru DD, called because the order was not mine. I was told there’s nothing they will do because it’s through a 3rd party. Didn’t check to see if they still have my order but admitted “we must have given them the wrong order”. I confirmed that even though they may have made a mistake they aren’t going to do anything about it, and was told “that’s how it works.” The box I recorded even says it’s for carry out. I may have used DD for delivery but I won’t be ordering anything from Sarpinos ever again the future. Your pizza isn’t with the poor customer service.

Service was very friendly! The Hot Honey Pizza was amazing definitely recommend! Perfect blend of sweet and spicy! Breadsticks are nice and crispy too, they also cut it into tons of good size pieces!!

my pizza was fine but for the 20 minutes I was in there waiting I saw the night manager ignore somebody walked in and stood there for at least 8 min then they walked out and never ordered a pizza; I saw her touch the broom and touch the mop not wearing gloves, and not wash her hands before she touched the pepper she put in my box, ew. also she seemed a bit rude to some other customers. and honestly that kind of energy and your food is not healthy.

I LOVE getting Sarpinos in Chicago and the deep dish here in KC was no different. They load the pizza with toppings, and the crust is just the right crispiness.

Two hours of waiting for delivery. Called to ask if everything was OK at the one hour mark, they said everything was ready and heading out... hitting hour two and still nothing delivered.
When food came, pizza was chewy and not very good. The wings were decent and the ravioli were good.

not going to lie. after waiting for two hours for delivery and still no pizza it is hard to be unbiased in a review. so i will just say, do not order delivery. when food came the pizza was not very good. The wings were fine. The raviolis were good though.
