This is our families favorite bakery. We get cheesecakes for every occasion and scones for little pick me ups. Our little boy loves the staff (who usually spoil him with a few complimentary treats). đ„șâ€ïž You walk on in and it smells amazing and FEELS like a family bakery. Absolutely delicious & a must try in KC!!

Best cookies ever! But it doesnât stop at cookies, their cakes are equally amazing!! The cannoli filling topped cheesecake is my husbandâs fav. ALL of the cakes are so good. Iâd never had Neapolitan cookies before, but theyâre are my new favorite, my 5 year old loves them too. The snowballs are a close second, theyâre just like my grandma used to make. Regardless what you try from Scolaâs, I assure you itâll be amazeballs. đ«¶đŒ

10/10 Experience Will Be Back!
Everything I tried was absolutely amazing! From the Snowballs to the Ultimate Chocolate Cake, every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with love. The Pistachio Balls, Cannoli Cheesecake, and Neapolitans were all standouts.
The only item I didnât enjoy as much was the cherry-filled cannoli I honestly couldnât really taste the cherry, which was a bit of a letdown. But thatâs a small thing compared to how great everything else was.

I can't ever find Rainbow Cookies when I'm looking for them, so I finally made the trip to Scola's a couple months ago and they did not disappoint! These bad boys were only .85c each and they are to die for. Super moist and flavorful, and highly addictive! They offer a birthday cake version, which I believe is just white chocolate or white candy coating- my daughter loved those, but I definitely prefer the classic chocolate coating. I also bought a container of sample cookies with figs (LOVED), a classic cannoli, and a cherry cannoli. I usually love cherry flavored anything, but I favored the classic cannoli this time! Scola's does not disappoint and I will pay any price for their goodies. I do recommend bringing cash, as they do charge a small percentage back to the customer to use a card (totally understandable)!

We love to come here for a sweet italian treat on the weekends! Great place for a scoop of gelato and the cookies are all amazing. I especially love the lobster tails! Everyone is so friendly and puts so much passion in their pastries. They always sneak an extra cookie to the kids to try ;) I love supporting this small family business!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Scola's. First time here visiting from Virginia Beach VA. We definitely don't have anything like Scola's in VA Beach. Cookies at so-called Italian restaurants are either not authentic or are not freshly baked on location.
First, it's a 7th generation run business. I entered the bakery and there's 8th generation cutie who is 6 months old being carried by great uncle and beaming with smiles and giggles. What a business man he will become. Met the husband and wife duo who were so friendly and hospitable. Then I got the generous taste test of 3 cookies: the fig, the almond cookie and the Nay Tu cookie.
I brought home: sesame cookie, Italian (wedding) cookie, the pistachio cookie, 2 almond biscotti's (they're authentically called something else!), Reese and chocolate chip cookie, and a thumbprint cookie.
They also have other pastries but the cookies already will be breaking my diet for 2 weeks. I also didn't have the chance to try their gelato, maybe another reason to come back next time!

I love this place. My husband took me here on my birthday and I got a few slices of there cakes which were all delicious. My FAVORITE was the chocolate mousse cake, the Bavarian cream bread pudding. Omg you can taste homemade in everything I bought. The cookies were amazing too. The staff are so sweet to attend to you and answer questions. Thank you for making this my favorite bakery.

Well...simply WOW! I ordered a cake for spl friends Bday. They went out of their way to make quickly. But then...it was the best german choc cake we have ever tasted! I had to pick up some lemoncello cake and a pc cheesecake for self while there and did not disapoint. I am a new fan.... When in kc will stop for sure. My next go to will be to try these sampler pack of all cookies!
