my family and I love Scolas cookies!!! From the sfogliatella, the canoli, the various Italian cookies, etc...it's all so delicious!!!.
Ohh mercy!!! Where do I start!! I’m so excited that I will have a forever place to fix my sweet tooth!! The cannoli’s are the main reason I went… but I got a sampler cookie box and some of the most delicious bread pudding 😇🥰
The hours that they have available for the consumer really does make it even better… especially when we’re talking about a pastry shop!!
Thank goodness for your goodies!!! I will definitely put some social media plugins for this gem of a place!!! I didn’t think about taking any pictures because I was in awe 🫢 but yall have a nice variety here on google

Bought a cake for $40 and it had zero flavor. Couldn't even eat the frosting, had to scrape it off. For a cake that costs this much, its inexcusable that it doesn't even taste as good as a cake made at home from a box mix.

Easily one of the best bakeries in the metro. They have the best cheesecake I’ve had in the area, and everything thing else I’ve had there is just as good. Their desserts are done so well without being overly and aggressively sweet, and they’ve nailed the execution of everything they make. The staff are always wonderful as well! It’s one of the places I’m happy to make a drive for anytime.

The works are so kind! We went an hour before closing and they gave us extra goods, and were so good with my toddler. The cheesecake was soooo good. It was my first time trying milk pudding, it was soooo delicious, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Everything we got tasted so fresh and not artificial. Would recommend for sure!

I recently visited this bakery because I’ve been on the hunt for cookies and cannolis that remind me of my great-grandmother, who was Sicilian. It’s been years since I had anything close to what she made, so I walked in with an open mind, hoping for a good experience.
Let me just say this: if you’re expecting your grandmother’s exact recipes, don’t. That’s an unfair comparison and, frankly, kind of a jerk move. But does this bakery deserve the one-star nonsense floating around these reviews? Absolutely not. The food was enjoyable—I bought a carrot cake, an assortment of cookies, and some cannolis. Were they exactly like Nonna’s? Of course not. But they didn’t need to be. The cookies were fun and flavorful, and the cannolis were solid. Not life-changing, but good enough to enjoy without nitpicking. For the record, "Italian-inspired bakery" might save them from the wrath of people who seemingly Google “how to gatekeep Italian pastries” for fun.
The service? Impeccable. The women working here were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. You can tell they care about making your experience pleasant. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and stress-free—unlike the comment section of these reviews. One star because Google said they were open when they weren’t? One star without constructive criticism? That’s not a review; that’s whining.
And to the expert critics out here dissecting Sicilian vs. Neapolitan heritage and ranting about sesame cookies: take a deep breath. If this bakery really upset you that much, maybe the problem isn’t the cookies—it’s you.
In short, this place shines in service and atmosphere, and the food is good if you’re willing to let it stand on its own. Give it a try and form your own opinion instead of letting these grumpy “experts” scare you away.

Intimate sized bakery with a variety of baked goods fit for even the pickiest sweets eaters. Personally I choose the cannoli cheesecake and was amazed. The bakery workers were very kind and attentive to see if I needed any assistance. Thank you!
