This scooters has terrible customer service. The girls couldn't even do simple math. We placed an order online, paid with a gift card on the app. When picking up our order we were told they were out of one of the drinks. Not a problem for us but refunding the drink was a problem for the employees. We didn't have the card because it was paid in the app. They told us they had to give us cash but didn't refund the correct amount for the drink order. When we did something the employees got an attitude. We will never come to this location again! If you want to be stolen from this is your place.

My mom and I went yesterday and got 2 hot lattes for $12 and they were lukewarm. We had to go home and warm them up. Please make sure your hot drinks are hot. I rarely have a coffee out...it is a treat for me because what I make at home is so good. Not sure if ill be getting another coffee out any time soon.

Got a waffle breakfast sandwich and was about to eat it when I noticed there was a bug melted into the cheese and what appeared to be maggot eggs inside the food. Check the frozen food because you are seriously going to get people sick.

The husband tried this place for the first time while I was in an appointment. He had a coffee and the egg bite. He took me there for a drink and the egg bites. We have been back a few times since. The service is quick, the egg bites are super yummy and I have found a new favorite drink!

I have visited a few times the first time I try something new it's great then go back another time I get what I had before and it's not the same so I recently tried the lucky charms latte which the lucky charms foam and loved it and went this past Thursday and ordered it again and after I paid for it and asked about the lucky charms and was told they were out they need to let customers know this information before they pay because it doesn't taste the same so I don't think I'll be back
My kids enjoy this place. Usually doesn't disappoint.

Update/Response to Owner (02/07/25): I'm changing my original review because it was unfair.
Truth is it had been & was just an all-around crappy day. It was cold as hell outside & I really wanted something hot to drink. I'm not a coffee drinker & rarely buy hot drinks anyway. I ordered the wrong thing for me and paid more than I wanted to for it. I could have and should have asked more questions, etc. Just not my thing, and that's okay.
I don't want to leave a poor review on your business that is the end result of a bad day. I'm going to leave this here for now but will likely return at some point in the future and remove it all together.
