The person taking our order could not be more apathetic. Asked for a burger with everything and got a plain burger. Gave me a hard time when I tried to get it right… twice. This being my first time ever coming here, I guess I had too high of expectations. The burger itself was pretty good, but I won’t be back.

The food was excellent. One of your employees, Brittany, was unbelievably friendly and welcoming to me. She even took the time to check and see if I was enjoying my order since it was my first time at a Shake Shack. She was only temporarily at this store, however I would recommend you keep her there permanently!

Love ShakeShake and it is one of my favorite burger places. Cheesy Fries are always a must. If you want to dine in here it could be difficult to get a table, however when the weather there is a patio that gives more seating. We normally order ahead (for ASAP) to pick up and it is ready in less than 10min

The place was nice and clean with helpful staff. The food tasted great. Loved the taste of their buns. The food was hot and ready to eat. The only complaint is everything we go there, there just aren't enough tables and seats, which is bad for people but great for Shake Shack. We will be back when we are on thr plaza.

Need better front customer service. The cashier stood there looking at me waiting for an open kiosk until I asked her if I was and to order at the counter? She just knod her head. Customer service has seriously gone downhill.. everywhere.

My daughter Amanda comes more often.
Her most favorite restaurant on the beautiful Kansas City Plaza.
We came together to eat.
Loved my Double Black Tuffle Burger ( Seasonal though) . Awesomely deliciously and juicy, out of this world.
Prices at this restaurant are pretty reasonable, when you consider their Uber Pricey neighbors on the KC Plaza Lululemon and Untucked !
Manager Ms Brittany did an amazing job.
Everyone here is very kind and have some of the most excellent customer service skills 👌
Another unique ! One of the extremely rare places in the world where the EXIT sign is in Apple Green , instead of customer red color elsewhere in the USA and Internationally 😀

Vegetarian options: My daughter Amanda is vegetarian.
She finds plenty choices here !

Parking: Excellent plentiful KC Plaza parking.
The FREE , most easiest and most plentiful and VERY SAFE parking in the world !
