Shake Shack Country Club Plaza

My husband and I visited Shake Shack this past Monday when the weather was less than stellar. Upon entry, we were greeted. The person taking our order was courteous and polite and extremely helpful while we ordered since it was our first visit. There was an all female crew working that day, which was surprising. All were kind and courteous and attended to all our needs. Later we found out the woman behind the cash register was the GM. There weren’t many people inside the restaurant due to the poor weather conditions and we were pleasantly surprised that the employees thought enough of us the come out and hold a conversation with us. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted excellent. We received great customer service and they thank us for coming in as we left. We will definitely return soon!

I ate with my friends last night one of them didn’t get a cheese burger I did and I end up getting food poisoning from that and have been up all night vommiting. And my other friend also got food poisoning as well.

Too expensive for bland food. Customers put their order in, seat themselves, wait for their food to be brought to the table. The front staff was pleasant but the lady behind the kitchen counter would yell rude comments to the front staff to get to work. However, in their defense there was no food to serve since the kitchen was backed up. Since we were sitting by the window we could hear all of her negative comments towards the staff. So did the people waiting for their pick up orders to be made. Also, I asked a nice young man for a box and the same woman from kitchen wouldn’t let him give me a to go box. Instead she came out of the kitchen to see what we needed boxed and then brought us a box. It was weird. Also, you had to ask for a code to use the bathroom because there is a lock box on it. Between the bland overpriced food and the uncomfortable management I will find another place to eat.

Placed an order on line. Arrived at location to pick up order in window, saw 3 bags sitting on counter the lady stated after only looking at ONE of the bags my order was not ready yet. I sat down for 10 mins came BACK to the counter asked about my order again STILL Nothing. I stood there for an Additional 5 MORE minutes. Was asked by a different lady my order name and My order was actually the 3rd large sealed bag I had been looking at from the beginning sitting on the counter by the cooks. So I politely Thanked the Lady for my order and took my Cold Burger and left! This place is WAY TOO Small for the amount of traffic they have and the people serving up the orders don't make the company look any better. The gentle with the glasses and beard was The Most Professional, Pleasant, Helpful, Kind, Organized worker in the Entire facility. Thank you Sir, He also asked about my order and was told there was Nothing when it was sitting there the entire time. I believe he even inquired with the cooks but, the lady withe the curly hair and glasses was giving him a Death Stare so I don't think he wanted to Step on anyone's toes. He was Great ! I think I'm done ordering from this location even though it's a short drive for my lunch break. The inconsideration is too much !

Better than average. Well put together burgers with generally fresh ingredients. Enjoy the patties.

Didn’t like the outlets being locked.
