Pretty awful all around sadly the only thing I liked was the #5 falafel deluxe mixed egg with a falafel wrap something I've never seen before but enjoyed, despite the fact the wrap was some kind of pita/wrap hybrid and there was too much of it, and also it melts from the sauces/meat liquid whatever which sucks. They were out of chicken shwarma so I got the tawook which is just like chicken skewer wrap, same complaints kinda nasty and then also got a fries bowl which was the worst, because it cost the most $12 and hardly had anything on it, was way extremely too salty also - most likely won't come here again - there was only one employee and he got slammed with a ton of orders - indian foodtruck across street look better

This place used to be one of my top favorites when they first opened because they had the closest taste to authentic Saudi food in KC.
However, their quality and portion sizes have been declining. The kebabs, in particular, have become much smaller for the price. Lately, whenever I order a kebab sandwich/roll, I only get half a kebab, barely 4 inches long, which is disappointing.
They really need to hire staff who can speak English or at least have multiple employees working at the same time. I’ve had too many frustrating experiences where the person taking my order didn’t speak English, and it took me 25-30 minutes just to make them understand and correct my order. This is unacceptable for customer service and something they need to seriously address.
Lastly, I’ve peeked behind the kitchen window a few times, and the hygiene level was concerning. Since the person at the counter didn’t understand English, I had to physically walk in and point to the menu to place my order. That’s when I noticed the kitchen looked very messy and unhygienic. Please don’t compromise on cleanliness and food quality your food used to taste great!

Super dry chicken shawarma. Rice was stale, Pita bread tasted undercooked. Seems like it was just taken from a heat warmer, went through the drive through if that matters. Wouldn’t recommend

Went there to eat, restaurant was supposedly open, since it was business hour and open sign was on, however no one was inside the restaurant. Waited for 15, no show.

I hate writing this because I really was excited to try it. However, what I received from them via DoorDash today was VERY BAD. The chicken was BURNT and CLEARLY like microwaved, it was DRY and crunchy, the sour cream or Lebbon or whatever they put on top was bad, sour, and almost curdled. It was a solid sour lump that was just…. Not good.
The rice was great but the ENTIRE bowl was FULL of rice, then got like a small spoon full of burnt microwaved chicken, then spoiled yogurt or sour cream. The garlic sauce was good. The baklava was meh, nothing special. Like what u would order from a TJ MAXX cookie box deal… oh, the humus was also not great and a little sour.
I would honestly not eat here ever again because of this experience. There is a great place at Crown Center and 2 in the city market. Sorry, this was not up to par for me, not even close. It was pretty looking at first
Are there twice in the last week because it is close to my school. The guy told me 15.01 and my bank statement says 19.01 for both times. Looks like they charged me extra for a tip or something. Super sketchy.
Always delicious. Everything is made to order so you may have to wait a few minutes longer than your average drive through, but it's definitely worth it!

They should do a study on the best-selling product, they almost never have Shawarma 1 or number 6.

This drive-thru Mediterranean restaurant is one of my favorites. The falafel especially are the best I've had.

Ordered two No 11s "Shawarma Fries" and some Baclava. Service was slow.
The fries bowl was dry, dry , dry. Dry chicken, dry fries, and somehow even the garlic sauce was dry. Basically just some dried out white paste on top. Taste was mediocre at best.
How was the Baclava, you ask? Take a guess. Yes, dry and mediocre at best. We won't bother coming back

The shwarmar was good but more importantly the people working were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely get the garlic sauce too!
