Came here twice when they were open but no one was working. Don't waste your time

Great food, great service. It’s home made food. I recommend this place . Excellent !!!
I’ve eaten here once or twice with no problems, but the last time I went ruined it for me. The woman taking my order refused to speak anything but Spanish to me, despite me not responding in Spanish. I have brown skin and am mistaken for a Spanish-speaker all the time. People normally realize when I don’t respond in Spanish that they made a mistake. Not here. She just kept responding to my questions in Spanish, despite my clear confusion and frustration. When we managed to get our order in, I watched them prep my food with no gloves on through the window. That was pretty gross and we didn’t eat the food we were given and paid for. Overall, a very strange experience. We didn’t eat our food this time, but I’d be lying if I said the food was bad the times I have gone before. The food is tasty, but no gloves and refusing to speak to me in anything but Spanish was such an uncomfortable experience that I can’t imagine I’ll go back.

I like their falafel deluxe
I’ve been eating from there long time ago, when I went yesterday, they have so so bad service. They have a lady there. She don’t speak no English I tried to ask for something with my order. She didn’t understand what I say. She just laughing. I don’t know what’s wrong to her and when I got my shawarma shower my sandwich I got home. I open it. It’s so so nasty. I just throw it on the trash.

I ordered Shawarma through the door dash app. The store wasn't open yet, but opening soon. Showed up after opening time, and the store was closed still. I called door dash to get a refund, but they told me Shawarma marked my order as complete. So they're scamming people right now...

Loved the falafel, they are small and soft inside almost like chicken nuggets. Pita didnt seem super fresh but it was warm. Baklava was also good, maybe a little dry, but overall for the price I was very satisfied.

Pretty awful all around sadly the only thing I liked was the #5 falafel deluxe mixed egg with a falafel wrap something I've never seen before but enjoyed, despite the fact the wrap was some kind of pita/wrap hybrid and there was too much of it, and also it melts from the sauces/meat liquid whatever which sucks. They were out of chicken shwarma so I got the tawook which is just like chicken skewer wrap, same complaints kinda nasty and then also got a fries bowl which was the worst, because it cost the most $12 and hardly had anything on it, was way extremely too salty also - most likely won't come here again - there was only one employee and he got slammed with a ton of orders - indian foodtruck across street look better

This place used to be one of my top favorites when they first opened because they had the closest taste to authentic Saudi food in KC.
However, their quality and portion sizes have been declining. The kebabs, in particular, have become much smaller for the price. Lately, whenever I order a kebab sandwich/roll, I only get half a kebab, barely 4 inches long, which is disappointing.
They really need to hire staff who can speak English or at least have multiple employees working at the same time. I’ve had too many frustrating experiences where the person taking my order didn’t speak English, and it took me 25-30 minutes just to make them understand and correct my order. This is unacceptable for customer service and something they need to seriously address.
Lastly, I’ve peeked behind the kitchen window a few times, and the hygiene level was concerning. Since the person at the counter didn’t understand English, I had to physically walk in and point to the menu to place my order. That’s when I noticed the kitchen looked very messy and unhygienic. Please don’t compromise on cleanliness and food quality your food used to taste great!

Super dry chicken shawarma. Rice was stale, Pita bread tasted undercooked. Seems like it was just taken from a heat warmer, went through the drive through if that matters. Wouldn’t recommend

Went there to eat, restaurant was supposedly open, since it was business hour and open sign was on, however no one was inside the restaurant. Waited for 15, no show.
