Sheridan's Frozen Custard

1st time there- ordered a concrete- it was soup. Not even as think as a shake.

Ordered my favorite yesterday, the Grant's Grasshopper. But instead of Oreo's they used cookie dough. Ugh. Maybe it's because I didn't tip?

Disappointing. Ordered a wedding cake concrete with raspberries and it was SOUP. Nothing custard about it.

The custard used to be very good back in the day, but there has clearly been a drop in quality over time. The sundaes we ordered ended up being soupy and leaving a strange salty/sour taste in my mouth. They were all served in the same cup rather than the distinct cups they used to have for each order. I really wish the custard was the same thickness and consistency that I remember in the past.

Every single time we’ve come here for the past few months is greeted with disappointment. And its all because my dad wants a banana split and they are always out of the stuff for it. Ridiculous. You need to do something about your vendor Sheridans and get some new employees too. The guy was extremely rude to us.

Went there tonight ordered concrete they told me they were out of containers for ice cream and them told me the the didn't have fudge or cherry but the had pineapple and regular cones !!! Horrible .. why are they still even open !!!

Sat at the front for about 10 minutes, did see a single employee. Went thru the drive thru, nothing. Double checked online, says it’s open. One single black Toyota in the parking lot with windows tinted enough to do nefarious things because why else would all your windows including the front be tinted that dark. Either way, this place is garbage. This is the THIRD time we’ve stopped by trying to get literally anything. Somebody is using this place to collect a paycheck without having to do any work. Corporate needs to save the money and shut this location down. Absolutely useless.

If waiting 20min for a Sunday that is 80% Hot fudge with no discernible brownie and topped with a tiny bit of custard is what you're looking for than this place is for you!!
Was not just a one off either, this has been my experience both times I've attempted to get a sunday at this location. I used to love Sheridans, but no wonder they're closing locations..

Overall, we love Sheridans, and we've been eating it since we were kids, but this location seems to have its fair share of challenges. They always seem to be out of tons of ingredients, and the wait for literally anything here is insufferably long.

Went by at noon today. No one was there. No sign regarding if they were closed or opening later than the posted hours. Took our business elsewhere.

The prices keep rising and now they have made their concrete sizes smaller for the same high price.

Waited for over ten minutes in the drive thru, they ran out of chocolate custard and tried to make our other two concretes in vanilla, the employees were also running around and playing rather than making the concretes. They also messed up the first two concretes and made them out of vanilla instead of chocolate. Haven’t really had a problem with them before, but no we’ll probably never come back.
