This is why your locations keep closing down, because your employees are absolutely terrible and don't care to put in the work at their jobs. This is why you keep losing customers and business. Worst business ever I've shown up multiple times an hour before close and they tell me they're out of custard maybe not turn off your machines so early. I feel bad for the owners because of lazy teenagers who don't want to work losing money on them worthless brats

Some of us eat healthy all week so we can feel good about our ice cream treat for the week. So when you get your shake and the entire thing is full of full size strawberries so that it can't drank at all.... it ruins it. Its not that hard to dice the strawberries smaller. 2nd time this has happened. If it happens a third I won't be back.

I'm very sad about this place. My kids and their cousins love coming here and it's a nice treat. Love the things they offer. But, every single time we've come here, for some reason it says OPEN but no one's home! We live quite a way from there so to get there and have it closed is disappointing.

Sign on their window says open till 10, got there with a car full of people, there were two employees inside, a guy and girl. Both looked at me and went back to scrolling on their phones and refused to serve us. Super disappointed cuz I drove from Shawnee KS just for their wedding cake ice cream since other locations don't offer that flavor.

Apparently when you join the drive through at 858pm when their Google listing says they close at 10pm . They'll just come out at 9pm and tell you your the last car and that they just closed while serving the car in front of you that join mere moments before, same time 858pm..

Terrible customer service. Guy working the drive thru wouldn’t let us get our order out without making us feel rushed. He got an attitude and hurried to slam the window closed as we drove by. Never placed our order and won’t be returning.

Do not go to this location after 8. Utter trash. The drive thru line takes 20+ minutes for no legit reason. I just sat in line for 20 minutes and then watched as the drive thru employee talked to the car in front of me for 5 minutes of causal conversation AFTER they already received there order. Caucasian girl with glasses needs to be fired immediately. When I finally got to the window, she proceeded to give me my melted order that looked disgusting, to which I got out the car and threw in the trash promptly. There is an Andy's opening up in the area soon, take your money there.
