Sheridan's Frozen Custard

I just wanted to give kudos to the manager on duty Saturday Dec 7 2024. It was a SUPER busy night with the Hallmark Christmas event going on. The staff are killing it, the manager (I assume) was working the register, while the rest of the staff were running hard trying to get everything done. As our ice cream came up, some other kid grabbed my wife's cup. Upsetting, but the kid quickly realized it wasn't theirs. No ice cream was eaten from the cup, and the spoon wasn't even touched. The cashier (manager I think) saw everything (even though there was a line of at least 20 people and was in the middle of taking an order) IMMEDIATELY asked if we wanted the ice cream remade. HOW DID SHE SEE IT HAPPEN?!?!?! I'm thoroughly impressed. THIS is the kind of service that brings people back. Wife said we did not need anything remade, and we went about our evening.
I just wanted to let everyone know, this place is great. The staff is ON IT!

SO DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 4 scoops of vanilla (as always, for over 7 years) and they gave me the very empty cup with 2 scoops of vanilla, I asked the servers and they both said it 4, which doesn’t make sense for what I paid. And make me feel so silly, Did they think I am 3 years old!??y

5.00 dollars for this glass of frozen custard and they call it a double scoop no way and apart from the women who work there with an angry face and totally poor treatment, I won't be coming back, thank you.

Used to love mango dango and now after years or not having it!!! came all the way here from MIchigan to found out it’s not the same mango dango their mango is to small and doesn’t even taste like mango and their vanilla ice cream doesn’t have any flavor!!!!!

I had a separate order from my sister but we ordered the same flavor red velvet oreo concrete. I noticed the chocolate toppings on my cup are just few compared to what my sisters got. We all had the same size of order. When I asked for more topping she said they don’t have enough and she sounded mad, she handed me some topping on a cup after.The food itself was too sweet. My sister found a strand of hair when she was halfway done. It’s certainly not her hair because it’s curly blonde and we’re all straight brunettes.Staff should wear hairnets and and gloves

We ordered red velvet from sheridan but we found a hair strand on it. Service is also awful, when we asked why there’s not enough chocolate sprinkles on my sister’s order compared to us ( we bought same order) The staff angrily approached us and told us they don’t have enough of it. So why did they took the order and she was mad right away.

Google and their website say this place is open until 10 pm. We showed up at 9:30 pm and they were closed. The whole Crown Center was closed. It’s not hard to put your correct hours online. Be better.

The worst customer service, I had to walk away while my husband ordered because I was upset how rude all 3 employees were. All three were on their phones as we're at the counter waiting to be helped. Looked like they hated their job, ice cream was melted.... Just a terrible experience. Will not be back!

I echo all the others here, worst customer service we have experienced in awhile. Skip this location and get ice cream somewhere else.
