I just wanted to give kudos to the manager on duty Saturday Dec 7 2024. It was a SUPER busy night with the Hallmark Christmas event going on. The staff are killing it, the manager (I assume) was working the register, while the rest of the staff were running hard trying to get everything done. As our ice cream came up, some other kid grabbed my wife's cup. Upsetting, but the kid quickly realized it wasn't theirs. No ice cream was eaten from the cup, and the spoon...

We loved the service and quality of the frozen custard. Had a variety of sundaes and dishes which were also fantastic. If you in the area for WWI museum or Union Station, be sure to stop by for a wonderful treat. Plenty of seating in the mall area. Perfect for families.

what an amazing ice cream we had here. The quality and quantity of the ice cream is amazing. I felt it's a bit expensive but definitely worth it. I would come back here and try more.
