Honestly was having a good night until my card got charged an extra $3k and was just told “it’ll be okay the bank will return it in a couple days”

3 days later and I still don’t have access to that money. Thankfully I’m not a parent with kids to feed or someone living pay check to pay check because a 3 grand hold is crazy work. They didn’t offer anything to help make up for it or anything and I had to call the bank today to dispute it because it’s still there. Absolutely would not give this place your card.

The tater tots kegs were good at least but not worth the $3k hold on my card.

Food was horrible, cheese dip,chips and a blooming onion i wouldn't feed it to my dog or more like my dog wouldn't of eaten it. Ill go back to play pool but ill never order food from there ever again. Margaritas weren't the best my buddy said.

Wait service is almost non existent. For two one hr of pool and app sampler $60 would rather have spent elsewhere for sure

They saved me $20-$30 which was very magnanimous for a business. Went there to just shoot a couple practice games, have a beer and probably something for dinner.
One guy came over and asked what table I was sitting at, I pointed and he said “cool, those are my tables” pointing at two other tables. No one else ever came over so I finished my game and went home and cooked. Only Spent a dollar on the pool game.

I had a very disappointing experience. I drove all the way there, only to have to leave as soon as I arrived. It was league night, and there were no tables available; 99% of them were occupied by league players. It’s essential to consider your regular customers as well. There should always be some tables set aside for those who want to unwind and enjoy a game of pool, even on league nights. It's unacceptable to have so many tables reserved. Because of this experience, I will never return to Side Pocket again.
