Got a take out last night and I must admit it was one of the rarest bad experiences I've had so far with Mediterranean food in OP. First of all, the portion sizes are so little for the money charged compared to others. Second of all, I got a mixed skewer grill where I was told I will get 1 skewer of chicken, lamb & beef/lamb and when I said I cant have beef, the guy offered to replace beef/lamb skewer with another lamb skewer. Didn't know it came with a caveat until I was at the swiping machine, a $3 surcharge which I wasn't made aware of at the time of selection. I would've been still okay with the whole ordeal if food had tasted good and made up for it. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Lamb was dry, chewy as hell, lacked flavor and bland. Not going back there again.

Super friendly staff and the food was delicious! It’s never been that packed when I’m here so my order is usually ready quickly and tastes great. This spot is also inside a dining hall type area so could be a fun hangout spot. Overall would recommend!

The only place I go to when I come to Parlor. Mohammad was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and welcoming! The lamb ribs and the shawarma sandwich! ?? 100/10! Will be back regardless!
The service was fast and friendly, and the food was even better! If you’re ever craving a good meal in the KCMO area, then this is the place you want to be. 10/10 and ABSOLUTELY recommending the Mixed Shish plate with a side of Baklava!

The food was really good. I had shish tawook, falafel, and hummus with pita. Good sized portions, flavor was full and rich, and the service was friendly. It’s a touchscreen ordering situation which I don’t love but it worked well. The staff were very friendly. There was some communication problem it seemed in alerting me to my food being done but it all worked out in the end. The atmosphere is fun in the food hall type setting but really loud making conversation difficult. However, I’d definitely return and eat there again as soon as tomorrow. I recommend trying it out!
