Incredible customer service! We had a pick up scheduled for a day with less than ideal winter weather and the manager proactively called to say they would be open and still fulfill our order. Then when snow day chaos ensued with two little kids she was completely empathetic when I had to pick up later than they had planned to be open - and even offered to deliver! Really impressed, didn’t even matter how the cupcakes turned out (but the came out great too!), we will absolutely order from here again.

I’m currently pregnant and craving cupcakes but I didn’t want a store bought. I drove 45 minutes to get the Wedding Cake and Red Velvet and It was definitely worth the drive! Moist. Sweet but not too sweet. And they are hefty

Definitely have to give 5 stars for the customer service. The customer service alone is what will keep me coming back. The cupcakes will always be a 5 star review too because I love cupcakes. I placed an order online for pickup yesterday for my boss's birthday that's today. When I arrived at the store last night around 6:00 pm, I told the associate I was there for a pickup order and he was confused. I told him I ordered online and he explained that their online ordering system shouldn't be working at the moment, and he apologized because a lot of the flavors I ordered, they were out of. He was so quick to get an order put together for me, and there were still a decent amount of flavors left to have variety. He also threw in a pack of cake pops and apologized for the error. Not only that, but I received a voicemail from their manager, Sadie, who apologized and refunded my order. She didn't have to refund my order because I was completely content with the service I had received and the quick turnaround to get me a dozen cupcakes, but that's what you call taking care of your customers. I will be returning and definitely have to recommend this location to others. Customer service is what makes a business better and they definitely have that down.

The cupcakes here are so good. They are huge with lots of frosting. Flavors change throughout the year but all I’ve tried have always been delicious. The cupcakes are never dry and are so satisfying.

Smallcakes is a cute little cupcake shop with many locations. They provide a variety of flavors, and the cupcakes are pretty big. The staff is friendly and quick despite normally only having one person working at a time. While there is indoor seating, most customers choose to order takeout. Pro tip: go in the morning to get them while they are fresh and ensure all flavors are in stock. The cupcakes are pretty good, but they are a little pricey for what they are. This is somewhere I would go on occasion to get a friend a birthday cupcake or thank you gift for a teacher. However, it can be expensive for a regular visit. Worth a stop if you want an adorable cupcake though!
So fluffy and yummy! They have lots of variety. We got the birthday cake and cookies and cream and both were good- I almost wish there was more flavor. I think next time we will go we will pick something that has more of a specific flavor like peanut butter or lemon. But the texture alone gets 5 stars!

Such sweet and amazing employees. I had made an online order and they tried to call, but I missed it. They were so sweet to just replace it still and even add a few extras. Service was amazing and the cupcakes were equally amazing! I love that I found this place. 50/10

Ordered a mixed dozen thru Door Dash & was impressed! Cake was very moist & flavorful. Lots of sweet frosting. Large in size. We received 5 or 6 flavor combos. Lemon was outstanding. Peanut butter cup was a hit, too. Will order again. Update: Ordered again, earlier in the day - no duplicates in the mixed dozen. If there's a particular flavor you want a certain number of, order those separately.
