Smitty's Garage Burger and Beer

I work in Ward Parkway Mall & decided to try Smitty's for the 1st time today on my lunch break. Quick & easy order process on the app, then a construction mishap resulted in half the mall losing power. I wasn't able to pick up my order until 20 minutes after it was ready.

Upon arriving, the staff was super friendly and had my order in my hand in 30 seconds. TBH I was expecting a congealed mess since I was so late, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The brown paper bag was packed with Burger in its own container on bottom, homemade square cut fries in paper bag in the middle, napkins and ketchup on top. Obviously after 20 minutes the fries weren't as crispy as fresh, but they were still YUMMY & reminded me of the diner in my small hometown. ?

I went with the Mushroom Swiss burger on Texas toast, with lettuce onions tomato ketchup mustard. I could actually taste the seasoning of the burger (unlike most joints) & it was damn delicious! Even after sitting for 20 minutes.

To the manager and team on duty Mon 9/16/24 between 4:19 & 5:00pm: YOU CRUSHED IT! I will be back for sure! Cheers! ?

Was recommended this place by a friend of mine and it didn't let me down. We bought the chicken nachos to share and each one of us got something different from there. I got the Egg-o-nater, daughter got the bacon double cheeseburger and the wife got the fish and chips.

Everything came out at the same time so we shared the nachos first. These were really good with enough chicken and cheese to go around. If you want something to share, this was great

The Egg-o-nater was good but the egg was a bit thin. The bacon double cheeseburger was huge but I think it had miracle whip on it instead of mayo. Daughter is not a fan of miracle whip so that was a downer. The fish and chips were good and the tartar sauce was amazing.

Very friendly staff and they made sure we were good with the food. We will make another trip back to try a few other things.

Allison one of the manager is so awesome and nice and accommodating. I had an issue with my order and she thoroughly made sure I was reimbursed and contacted me the next day even to make sure I was satisfied. If a burger a day was healthy then I would be at Smitty’s every day!

The staff is super friendly. The environment was enjoyable. Prices are decent. Burgers are smash burgers and paper thin with no flavor. Tolerable for the price.

Ashley was amazing! She saw we were struggling to decide what to eat and sat us down with menus, was very attentive and friendly. Will come back and recommend my family and friends to come here.

Truly disappointed you got rid of thunder fries and having the option of blue cheese on a burger.. Probably won’t be back
