As someone that has been a loyal customer for years and I am deeply saddened as what has happened to this business/company. No more $5 Fridays but instead you may be able to save $1. The final straw though is when they refused to do a pup cup (just a tiny scoop of frozen yogurt). Pretty bad when McDonald's service is better than yours. Lost a loyal customer for life
