I was inside the store during this situation, and the customer known as “customer service queen” was completely calm the entire time. She was not yelling, raising her voice, or acting aggressively in any way. I personally witnessed the interaction from start to finish.
It is extremely unprofessional and unfair for Smoothie King to accuse a customer of behavior that did not happen. This kind of false accusation reflects poorly on the store and can damage the customer’s reputation. I’m requesting that this incident be reviewed, including camera footage from the time it occurred, and that the situation be handled appropriately with the staff involved.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered 2 açaí bowls and the bases were freezer burned and disgusting!!! See the video!
When I asked for a refund or a coupon as these were horrible. The employee refused! She said she couldn’t and the manager would call me the next day.
The manager Stephanie never called me like the employee said she would.
And today almost month later when I went back in to talk to the manager- they still refused to make it right!!
All this for $30 ….
Go to a different smoothie king if you want an edible açaí bowl or any sort of customer service!!
Response- your manager admitted nobody reached out to me. So either you’re lying or she is. It’s all on video… You premake the açaí and it tastes like crap. We only ate the toppings!! So charge me for the toppings… offer me something! I asked for a coupon or a refund! Your employee refused both! Other than sorry we served you forever burned food. We ate none of the açaí as it’s absolutely disgusting!! And I waited until the other customers left the store to complain.
The policy is “And as always, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Love your Smoothie or we’ll blend you another.”
I have never had an issue with customer service at Smoothie King!
See how often I go to Smoothie King… I won’t be going to any of yours that pre-make the açaí because it takes like crap!

This is not the one. I go to smoothie king every Friday. This is the first time I've been here. My drink isn't blended correctly. I got overcharged on my order but when I asked about it she got defensive and argued. I will NOT be back to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one up the way on NW Berry rd.
