I love smoothie King! It's sadness me that they must not pay their employees enough because they ask for a tip on the credit card machine and have an additional tip jar in the window. I don't like going to places that make me feel the way that I do when I'm confronted with so many desperate attempts for tips. The employees deserve to be paid better.

This location used to be 5 stars for me, even though they usually take longer than other smoothie kings. More and more often my smoothies just don’t hit. Today after watching the employee take her sweet time, I had to ask her to not blend water into my smoothie to thin it out. She was annoyed she had to restart it. The consistency was much better but it has hardly any flavor. Maybe she missed an ingredient the second time around. I’ll probably be going to the other locations from now on.

Harley is in there killing it!!!!! Her manager and co workers left her hanging to run the store alone and she’s killing it!!! Inside, drive thru, and making the smoothies! If one person is doing the job of 2 or 3 shouldn’t they be paid like that, ABSOLUTELY! 5 stars, Harley!
