Waited for my smoothie and toast. Can't get a refund after 30 min wait. No bathroom, 2 employees. I won't be back unless it's against my will.
This location needs to keep their actual phone near them. I had an issue where I pre-ordered my shake for 4:00 pm. Literally caught a flat tire and tried to contact this location to not make my shake or just wait til I got there so it wouldn’t be unfroze.
I literally called 15 times with no answer. Now I already knew that it was a chance they could be busy, but I’ve been an assistant manager at a smoothie king before and to be honest this was unacceptable for me.
How is anyone to get in contact of this store in case of an emergency. The phone needs to be up front at the counter so employees who are working can multi task and grab the phone to answer.
It could have been a life or death situation going on where they needed to evacuate the building and no one would have known
