Kamaya is always so helpful! I was having a difficult day and she wrote a note on my cup that absolutely made my day. The next time I went I told her what a difference she made. She is absolutely wonderful and always shows up with amazing smile. I truly value this type of service! .

Great smoothie BUT I will not be back to this location. I refuse to be handed a tablet for tipping (with one arm in a sling.) You charge a fixed price for your product and i assume that you pay your employees a reasonable wage. This isn't a restaurant, where employees are paid $3/hr and provide substantial services. I'm not tipping for handing me a styrofoam cup - and more importantly, i refuse to be hassled for a tip where none should be expected NOR requested.

I ordered a head on the app. Stopped and fueled my car. Then I drove over and the 15-minute wait that was suggested on the app proceeded to be a 10-minute wait in line. When I pulled up to the window my drink was sitting in the window. I saw people walking back and forth past my order. I sat in my car for over 5 minutes at the window. Finally laid on the horn to get someone's attention. The girl proceeded to tell me they were very busy. I said I realize that but my drink is just sitting there and it's paid for and it would not have taken very long to have just handed it through. I was very angry at this point. There was no apology from her and management doesn't seem to care about how many workers they have in over a noon time meal order..
