My first Smoothie King experience went well. The menu was expansive, but Clare was very helpful. She was able to make the perfect recommendation after I told her what flavors I was looking for. She made the shake quickly and had me on my way in no time. I would definitely visit again if in the area.

The shakes taste weird and off compared to other locations like they aren't adding or mixing or measuring correctly. I recommend using a different location until they get better management or cycle through some employees.

This place needs new management- they are consistently short staffed and it will take forever to get what you ordered. I ordered 1 smoothie online while grocery shopping, and it said the pick up time would be 10-15 minutes. I arrived there about 20 minutes later and went through the drive thru. Employee told me it was not ready yet and asked me to pull around to a spot out front and they would bring it out to me (mind you there’s only like 3 spots to park.) I waited out front for 15 minutes, and then saw that employee leave! So I went inside- where there was only 1 person working- and waited another 10 minutes for my order. It still wasn’t ready, and I had groceries I needed to get home so I left without my order. The other guy working was nice and apologetic and I felt so bad for him struggling in there. This experience on top of all my other slow experiences here will make me never go back.

I typically stop at smoothie king mid week for a meal replacement (spinach and pineapple powermeal). I enjoy the menu a lot, definitely good for those who are seeking a protein boost or seeking meal replacement options (4.5 ⭐️)

Went through the drive-thru and ordered two 20 oz smoothies: a Banana Boat and an Immune Booster with blueberries instead of banana. The guy taking the order looked stoned out of his mind, asked me three times what I wanted, and never confirmed the order. He gave me a Banana smoothie and a large chocolate-looking shake. We circled back, and he asked if we ordered a chocolate banana smoothie. A girl at the window apologized and remade it, but it was still wrong—just blueberries and almond milk. Never had issues at this location until now.

We entered the place and prolly got the worst service at Smoothie King (Gladstone). The young lady at the front did not greet us, never asked us what we would love to order. It felt as if we made a mistake coming in. The shocking part is when she was done making the smoothie bowels, she just left them on the counter and walked away. And no smile at all, from the beginning until the end of the service. Great smoothie bowel though. Thank you

Just had smoothie king two nights ago with my family. My boyfriend had one, and I drank a bit of mine and split the rest with my boys . Needless to say ever since then my family has been severely sick . Throwing up , and constantly back to the bathroom. Pretty sure food poisoning.... Not too impressed with this location at all.

I have had such a rough morning and the guys at this Smoothie King were amazing! I ordered at the wrong place by mistake through the app and they were able to help me out. Such great customer service always at this location but today was just exceptional for me.

Staff (3) were rude and seemed upset that we placing an order. Staff making our order and the manager seemed upset about something. 1st time we've had this issue but felt the need to leave a review of the exceptional bad service.

Samantha when I saw you in the store today you were really rude giving the employees a hard time guess what there busy if you can’t handle the wait I suggest u make ur own damn bowl at home btw you weren’t slick with recording the employees very rude they did amazing! Maybe next time get the stick outta your butt before coming to a place where they clearly aren’t paid enough to dean with your antics
