Does the manager or company look at these? Haven’t been to this location in 4 months because they always need me to repeat my order. Gave them another shot today… bad idea. Told them what I want twice at the intercom, pulled up to the window and was asked again. They closed the window and opened it to ask again. Ridiculous! Never going back. Drove off. I’ll find somewhere that they pay attention when I order.

The food was alright before, but a cult has been stalking me and poisons my food at fastfood places. The employee here made a point to give me syrup from a different bottle than other customers despite ordering the same flavors, and then he acted nervous and guilty.. sad!

I absolutely adore the acai coca haze and have bought quite a few of them but cannot acsess the app to earn any points and because of how exspensive they are if i dont start earning and being able to use points soon the price isnt going to be worth it. Went to download the app and it says my device isnt compatible. Went to the website to see if there was a solution and there is NO WAY to contact ANYONE to even find out. I like the food but seems like yall have a few kinks to work out still because at the price point yall are at theres no excuse for 1: no way to earn or use points and 2: no way to contact management with issues or concerns. If there is a fix please please please let me know.Parking: Literally 1 open spot, 1 handicapped spot, and the rest are reserved for the buffalo wild wings next door. I see people park in the handicapped spot illegally constaly that have no tags.

I stopped by around 8pm last night after I was finished at the gym. The automated rewards voice came on and I waiting in line for 15 mins before calling and was told that they have changed hours and close at 8pm. I told the girl working that their website and google said they were open till 9pm. She argued with me saying, “she can’t control what’s on their site.”. Very disappointed since I am usually by there several times a week.

Staff here is always friendly and my smoothies taste great. Snacks offered inside are pretty good if you need more than a snoothie (chips and protein bars/cookies are my go to). They take the time to mention deals on the app and suggest enhancers that I may like. Thank you to the people who here and the managers in charge. Love this location!

I use the drive thru. I pull up and they ask my order but they don’t pay any attention to what I’m saying and I have to repeat myself multiple times. If you’re not ready to take my order, don’t ask what I would like.

I ordered my $13 large smoothie and pulled up and I was waiting in line for 20 minutes for one smoothie and the person in front of me got two smoothie bowls that looked so bad and so skimpy I just decided to cancel my order and leave. The person in front of me also said something about how bad they looked and those things are not cheap I'll tell you that! They should have offered her a refund for that garbage! This location seems to be terrible

I love Smoothie King. Have been to all of them in the Northland. This is hands down the SLOWEST one of them all. The first time I went it took about 10 minutes in the drive-through with only one car in front of me. The second time I made the mistake of going back and there was one car in front of me, but it only took about eight minutes this time. AND IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Hopefully I remember to use any of the other ones in the future. The smoothies are still good. Just be prepared to wait. And wait.

I’ve tried this location 3 times and each time I’m waiting AT LEAST 10 minutes for a smoothie. Never a “sorry for the wait”. I had to honk for someone to come to the window. I just waited 17 minutes for a smoothie only to be handed a half of a bowl... I did not accept it and requested a refund. The little girl with green hair had an attitude about it and I had to wait a while for that. You guys need to get it together!! I definitely WONT be back. Do yourself a favor and try another location and stay away from this one
