Placed an online order arrived at the stall at 9:14pm by 9:41 I decided to go thru the drive thru because I still hadn’t received my food and was not getting an answer on the intercom. With no one in the drive thru it still took until 9:54 to get my food and they forgot one of my wraps I ordered a large fry and got it less then half full. So all in all I was at sonic waiting for my ONLINE ORDER for 40 mins and was missing food after driving home
Despite being pretty busy, this Sonic is usually quick with our order and the food is always great! It's one of our family's favorite stops to celebrate after kids' football or soccer games.
Just had the worst experience at this drive thru location. I ordered two large cokes. I waited in the line over 10 minutes. I watched the girl walk past me with 2 drinks to the car behind me and when I asked her why they got theirs first she said “it was an online order” (why do online orders get their drinks before people who ordered at the drive thru in front of them?!) and said “ok so you’ll go get mine next?” and she was very snotty and said “um no”. Then when I finally got to the window they tried to hand me 4 drinks. Then took them another 2 minutes to get me the 2 drinks I ordered. I will not come to this Sonic again even though it’s right down the street. So glad Swig opened next door!!
I never make reviews. I tend to just Brush off a bad experience, but this is actually just ridiculous. My boyfriend and I stopped At this location to get some breakfast the other day. We both ordered breakfast burritos, mine just being the regular sausage and him being the ultimate meat and cheese. Referring to the photos, I don’t even know how anybody working and getting paid to do that work would think that giving a paying customer a meal that looks like this could think this is even remotely okay. As you can see, the ingredients aren’t even mixed together the sausage is a half patty just thrown in there, The ultimate meat and cheese was missing ingredients and three cold tater tots. The cheese itself was literally frozen. As well as the burrito is not even being correctly wrapped, when we took them out of the bag egg went flying through the truck. I normally have a pretty good experience at Sonic, but I’ve noticed that’s when the teenagers arent in school and they are the ones working. It’s the adults working weekdays who should be making a good impression and leading by example by having good work ethic who are the ones that are slacking and providing extremely poor service. Everything is so expensive nowadays. So when you make the choice to give your money to a restaurant and drive away thinking I could’ve just made this at home and not spent $20 and it would be better is actually a pretty terrible experience. I work In a service industry, and I can guarantee you, I would not be employed if I provided service like this.
Super rude young lady taking orders. It's like I was interrupting something. You would think with all these bad reviews, something would be done.

I just left I ordered 10 drinks for staff this morning and was treated like trash because of the order I apologize to the lady in drive thru she said yeah what ever and brushed me off.I lost my sister two days ago just to get up is a struggle and I have to be treated like that over drinks is enough to make me ….

Ordered at the drive-up stall and the order taker had an attitude since we didn't pre-order on the app. Our order came out 80% wrong. Not sure what they're issues are tonight but not a good visit.

Literally ordered their signature drink, a cherry limeade. It was wrong the first time, and so was my other drink....got them fixed...drank it and something was off again
...but I had to get home because I was running late from waiting for the second order...I called and told them THERES NO LIME OR CHERRIES IN MY CHERRY LIMEADE! I literally had just had it remade...but the manager said seriously....I watched them make it with 4 pumps of lime
.....but there was NO LIME....OR CHERRIES...I literally order this drink every time I go to sonic. Hopefully they can replace it next time and I can give a better review.

Blonde female at the window cut our order short even though we weren't done ordering she was very Unpatient when we weren't ready to order, and they still messed up the order even though they were told multiple times. Get new employees, because they don't care about what they are doing and they don't want to be there in the first place.
