I hate it because this sonic is closest to my house

I paid for EXTRA cherries in my Route 44 Coke. I imagined a cascade of cherries in my drink. What I received instead…were two lonely cherries. TWO. I cannot begin to describe the agony. The suffering. The absolute devastation that washed over me as I realized my life would never be the same. My hopes, my dreams, my soul…shattered at the bottom of this cup. This is not just a simple disappointment. This is a tragedy of COSMIC proportions. A wound that will never fully heal. You have taken more than my money. You have taken a piece of my heart. Never again will I look at a cherry without trembling in fear of betrayal.

I stopped into this Sonic off Cookingham Drive for a late lunch....Just nasty. Got a regular burger, fries, and Cherry Limade. The young girl at the window was super nice! Then I got to the meal... the burger was just gross! I had to stop and scap off all the lettuce and mayo. Not that I dislike lettuce and mayo there was just so much of it!!! The burger was luke warm and the bun was soggy. Fries had been out for awhile and tasted like it. Only good thing was the drink. So for me this was a waste.

The girl taking orders over the intercom sounds like she could care less to be there. Everytime we order, the food is wrong. Never gives cheese with the pretzels. Our drinks are always wrong. This location needs an overhaul. We'll have to start going to a different sonic because people don't want to go to a restaurant where every worker you encounter has an attitude and their foods always wrong.

Ordered in the app and set up the food with my desired condiments. Guess the cooks don't read what's asked for and just make what ever they want. Not the first time my orders been wrong here. Time to find a new Sonic.

Today 4 pretzels arrived with no cheese. Last week I stopped there and received no cheese when I called over the intercom they charged me for them. When I explained to the carhop that they come with the pretzels. He said no they don't.

You would think saying ‘single burger, no cheese’ three time would get the idea across. Yet here i am with a double burger with nasty cheese. Get your stuff together.

I feel as if I had been scammed of a few dollars as I was randomly charged in the drive thru $3.21 and then the correct charge of $20.54 and the lady looked and seemed extremely sketchy about me asking for my receipt and lied to my face when she came back to tell me she had fixed the situation but I had just seen her go get payment from the car behind me. I am extremely sketched out and will be making a call to the corporate office or whoever to have this woman looked at if the charge is not back on my card within the 24 hours she quoted me, as I am certain she is taking the money for herself or something sketchy is going on. Never have had this happen to me ever.

The cashier was extremely rude cut me off mid order and acted like I was done ordering and when I went up to the window to order both the girls were very rude and had horrible customer service.

Ordered food and my strawberry milkshake was not even strawberry my marina sauce was not in the bag and the younge blonde girl bad mouthed me when I complained about the shake after she walked away worst service ever my advice hire staff that listens and cares of just close your doors never go here there crap

Service was terrible. They were short with me when ordering, assumed I wanted the drink I was simply asking a question about. Pretty sure they messed with out drinks and food by the way they all were acting looking at our car and laughing. Better training needs to happen

Gave me nothing but tomatoes on my shit. Gave me a double smasher, No sauce, no pickle, no onion, 4 slices of tomato. Chicken sandwich, no sauce, no pickle, no lettuce, the rest of the tomato.

Placed an online order arrived at the stall at 9:14pm by 9:41 I decided to go thru the drive thru because I still hadn’t received my food and was not getting an answer on the intercom. With no one in the drive thru it still took until 9:54 to get my food and they forgot one of my wraps I ordered a large fry and got it less then half full. So all in all I was at sonic waiting for my ONLINE ORDER for 40 mins and was missing food after driving home
