I hate to be the one to write a bad review, but the service was truly UNACCEPTABLE. My 'Car-Hop's' attitude was awful from the moment I placed my order. Not only did I try to be empathetic, but my empathy cost me to be overcharged on my meals, & the food wasn't made correctly. With no food or service standards, im surprised this location is still open!

I ordered shakes online when they were picked up the gentlemen was very rude and hateful, and we didn't receive what we ordered when I called back to report issues employee was very rude over phone so I told him I'll be contacting manager tomorrow and if they fail to do anything I will be contacting corporate. Spent 17 dollars and got disrespected

1st off $8 and some change for a non-alcoholic drink is absurd but to be rude when all i was, was pleasant. Not my fault you are the cook, and car hopper. Other than that the drink was delicious

Ordered on the app to save time checked in as per app staff ignored me after waiting over 30 minutes and pushing the button to speak to someone I was informed they don't have anything and weren't making my order because they don't have ice cream and refused to reimburse me or anything to make up for the loss of time and money just said they don't reimburse-they didn't have the food that I paid for so I don't know why I just donated over 30 minutes of my time and 14 of my dollars sit in their parking lot

Stopped by Sonic today, and everything was spot on.
• The service was fast and friendly, even during a busy time.
• Our order came out exactly as requested — hot, fresh, and quick.
• The staff checked in to make sure everything was right, which made the visit even better.

It’s nice to see a location that still delivers on speed, quality, and customer service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Watched as one of four employees took a cigarette break close enough that i could smell it. Then had to wait a total of 30 minutes for a hotdog, pretzel bites and a drink while there were less than 10 cars the whole time and you undercooked the hotdog

I've always had a bad experience at this Sonic. I went for the first time in a long time because someone else wanted it. The food was cold bun was hard kids complaining that there's bright tasted like sparkling water they took them back assured us that they had fixed it the kids drink it and it was water! The white manager lady was tweaking extremely hard and is the one that lied and told me she fixed the drinks when in reality she never gave us a drink and gave us water instead.

I recommend avoiding this location completely. I have had repeatedly poor service if I am even able to get service. The last straw for me was when I ordered 2 drinks, waited for 15 minutes to get through the drive through, and when I finally got my drinks and pulled away tasted them and they were not what I had ordered. I went back into the drive through and had to wait again to finally get help. I told them I got the wrong drinks. I pull around and the manager proceeds to tell me I need a receipt which he did not give me. He then looks at the receipt and tells me what is on it which is not what I ordered. I say what my order was again, he says I am wrong because that is not what the receipt says. I just want my money back or I want the correct drinks. He says they will have to ring them up and I will have to pay again. So in the end I had $7 stolen from me and wasted 25-30 minutes of my time. Go to literally any other Sonic location, please.

Ordered and Paid at kiosk with credit card for two strawberry cheese cake shakes. After 30 min of waiting we pressed the button. Elijah came out said we didn’t pay yet. we said we paid on the kiosk but okay maybe it didn’t work. We Paid again this time $10 cash giving 4 dollar tip for a small and a medium strawberry cheesecake shake. We waited another 15 minutes. Elijah finally brought out two extremely soupy shakes of same size with no straws or spoons. . One was salty like it had salt poured in it and so sour tasted spoiled it left bad after taste after one sip. Other had a completely different taste also disgusting! neither are what we have eaten at other Sonic’s. So disgusting we had to throw them both away!! We will never come to this sonic again!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Won’t answer their stall buzzers, won’t answer their drive thru, acted like they didn’t see any of the 6 cars in their drive thru, and this was 12:30 on Tuesday afternoon. Don’t waste your time coming here.
