Ordered bacon super sonic and got chicken sandwich. Ordered smashburger combo and it had no sauce, no cheese for pretzels, and tater tots were cold. Waited 15 minutes for this, is a joke! Never again will we come back here

If I could give no stars I would. I called and spoke to the manager at this location. He sounded already mad and annoyed upon answering my call. I let him know my shakes were the wrong sizes, wrong flavors, my fries were stale and cold and I wasn’t happy. He rudely let me know he bagged the order himself and that I was wrong. I told him I took pictures and he declined to look at them. He told me I cannot receive a refund and “at least I got French fries and so what if they where cold.” I highly recommend you go to another location. Avoid this one unless you want to risk getting yelled at and insulted by the person in management. I’ve never talked to a more rude person in my life.

The only remedy you’ll get contacting cooperate is you have to return to the location where you where mistreated and have them remake your food. Why would you want to do that after being insulted by someone? Why not refund the customer or give them a coupon to visit another location. Sonic has lost a customer permanently.

Honestly I would give it 0 stars. Gabby was very rude when we returned to fix our order and when she gave it back it was still messed up. I have tried this location multiple times and it keeps getting worse. DRIVE DOWN THE STREET TO LIBERTY OR SMITHVILLE!!!! I PROMISE THIS LOCATION IS NOT WORTH IT!!! 0/10

This place has gone downhill, they don't like people outside on the patio. They let the food sit forever before they serve it. Most of the people are very unhappy to work here.

Eating in my car is not my first choice for dinner, but we had several errands to run and Friday's freebie at Sonic was a free entree with any purchase so it was a no-brainer to stop in. Ordering on the app is easy and the service was QUICK! Less than 5 minutes to order, pay and receive the food. Carhop was friendly and served our food with a smile and a thank you. Great customer experience!

Good place most of the time! They get in such a big hurry the food isn't always cooked thru for warmth! The new pickle burger is ok, just flashed pickle potato chips on the burger with a sauce! The pickle slush is disgusting! The facility is clean on the outside! There is plenty of parking!

There's just something about a sonic burger. The flavors is always wonderful. The foot long chili cheese dog is pritty good. They have a nice variety of different ice creams and snacks to choose from.
I like the pretzel stick and cheese. But, who could say no to a peanut butter banana shake? I t is consistant. I dont like the sugary drinks like unicorn. It is nice to grab and go. From fries to tots,or onion rings. Nice place to let the kids play wile eating.

I stop by here every once in a while when I’m in the area to grab a quick breakfast - it’s the best Sonic I’ve been to yet in the north KC area! The employees are always very kind and expedient, and the food and drinks are always well made.

Anytime I come here for a drink and Devin is working, I know my drink will always be right! I often pick up drinks for my best friend and I, who have similar orders, and Devin always makes sure to tell me which drink is which (instead of us having to figure it out ourselves). Devin is great!!

The food was good and the location was very clean. My only complaint would be towards the service I was greeted with. Gabby was absolutely rude and snarky, when I asked questions about my order she gave a very passive aggressive response. This behavior was nasty enough for me and my family to not return to this location. Please sonic- do better!
