This is probably the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to! I’ve tried 3 times to give them chances, and they never get my order correct. Today I ordered 2 cherry limeades with extra cherries, and I received diet sprites with multiple limes, a dash of grenadine and zero cherries at all. I’m so confused why they couldn’t get it correct, when they even repeated back to me what I asked for.

I waited in the drive through speaker for over 5 minutes and was told "just a second" and then watched while every car in front of me left and I asked for someone and got ignored again. I just left out of frustration. I've been here before and the food was burnt anyway.

I stopped going to this location over a year ago. First the employee tried to charge me for someone's order. I also had food poisoning from their mozellera sticks. I decided foolishly to give this business one more chance. Mistake, apparently they short your order, but still charge you. I am completely done with Sonic as a whole. The board of Health should be inspecting this location instead of pouring bleach on the food for the homeless.

This is the fourth time I've been to this location, and it was terrible each time. Service is awful. I waited 10 minutes after pressing the button and was never acknowledged. I went through the drive-thru, which added another 10 minutes to pick up my online order. My food was cold and soggy, and my drinks were watery. Go literally anywhere else.

Worst Sonic food ever! I ordered the BLT toaster meal, and when I got home, there was half of a piece of bacon on the entire sandwich. It also had 2 slices of hard tomatoes, wayyy too much mayo, and some lettuce. My husband, who normally asks for Sonic from time to time, said he would never go back. The worst he's had in his life, which says a LOT since we have been going to Sonic since I was a car hop there in the 1970s. Don't waste your hard earned money on food at this one.

Ordered a burger and tots. This was what I received. Old dark brown meat; a smashed dried out bun; a pickle not even on the sandwhich; and ketchup and mustard smeared everywhere. Sonic refused to delight the customer, but I did get a sincere non-apology "...for the inconvenience." This picture should be in their next commercial.
