Service was great. Burger wasn't bad. Fries were not hot and very soggy. Restaurant is in a hotel and has the hotel bar feel.

Ordered via room service at the connected Sheridan Hotel. As room service goes it was a bit over priced for what you get. My burger was a tad underdone for my liking, but the flavor was ok. Fries were a bit underseasoned, but not terrible. Overall, not bad if you don't want to leave your room for dinner.

Smaller menu selection but what was on the menu was delicious. I had the Angus burger and garlic fries. The flavor was amazing and well cooked. The side order of cheese curds was well worth the price.

I went into the restaurant, no one was there to seat me. The omelette I had was excellent. When the check came I left the cash to pay for the bill and 20% tip. But since no one was around, I put my name on it and my room number, because I got a discount. When I checked out of the hotel they also charged it to my room!! Had to waste a lot of time at the front desk trying to get it taken care of. Very upsetting, but the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. And I appreciate them sending me a zero bill through email, because my ride was waiting! Thank you very much!

Had the omelet and Cuban sandwich while staying at the hotel which was surprisingly good. For a hotel restaurant it's better than I expected and would go back again. Ate with a friend and they had similar thoughts. Service was prompt and atmosphere is calm.

My Friend group would do happy hour here after work because it was close to most of our offices. It's reasonable priced cocktails for crown center, though we are now on the hunt for a new bar as they recently stopped validating the parking when you bought stuff there.A tab of $78 should be more of a value for the business than the $12 dollars we had to pay for parking for 2 hours. Then again they probably don't care about local business, it is in a hotel ?‍♂️

This is the on-site bar/restaurant inside the Sheraton. We were something of a captive audience. As we were there for a convention over several days, I was at the bar for drinks and dinner and we were ate the restaurant for breakfast (as far as I can tell, that's the only time the restaurant is open). First, the food was very good. The breakfast was really tasty and came out quickly. NO complaints about food at all and none about the service in the restaurant. The beer selection is extremely limited. Almost nothing limited and pretty much nothing that wasn't drowned in hops (hint: not everyone loves IPAs!). We had great tasting desserts and sandwiches. The prices were high, but again: captive audience so we sort of expected that. On the three occasions I was in the bar, the service was poor every time. I'm sure they're having issues with staffing like many places. The restaurant industry is hard work! But they need an efficiency expert to come in and train the waitstaff. There was much back and forth, multiple trips where one could do, and way too many "I'll be right back" only to wait for another 10-15 minutes. They knew that they had 1000 people in for a convention and ours wasn't the only even the hotel was hosting that weekend, so they should have staffed more for it. OR have done more to train their staff. Because at many times it seemed like there were enough bodies there, but they took a long time to do what needed to be done.

Very disappointing place. The food is not very good and is priced way too high for what you get. Service was quite slow. The spinach dip was ok, the potato skins were pretty good. The gumbo came out cold, nearly refrigerator cold.

Ordered a margarita and asked for a floater of grand marnier. Good margarita but $23 for this 12 ounce drink was outrageous. Won’t go back just for the principle of the matter. There should be some common sense in how the bartender rings this up. Should be a Casillas margarita charging no more than $10. Crazy.

Can’t comment on food since we sat at a table for nearly 20 minutes with zero acknowledgment from the girl who was standing behind the bar, leaving only to serve the two tables on either side of us. She avoided eye contact with me the entire time. What looked to be a manager stood with her back to me chatting with a person at the bar the whole time we sat there. My kids were so hungry that we got up and left. On the way out, I told the manager we were leaving because we had received no service and she shrugged and said, “oh, sorry about that.” Shame we are staying at this hotel for a conference.

Burger cold and overcooked. Did not include bacon. Did not bring my tea. Did not respond to telephone call. Did not make it right.

Ate here last night with the grandkids, wasn't expecting much (thought just another sports bar), wrong! Food was excellent, service was excellent, Salmon plate was really good! good spot.

Worst meal I've had in a long time. Burger had almost no sauce. Completely dry. Caesar salad had crushed up crackers on it? And had to mix in the sauce. Fries were cold. Chili was good so I guess we got $7 out of $77 in good stuff.
