Purchased through EZcater, Spin! served apps and pizza for our wedding at Boulevard Brewery. Pro tip: go with food you actually like for your wedding and you won't be disappointed! Everything showed up on time, they even provided pie servers and little signs for all the different types of pizza, which were both convenient and helpful. This is my favorite pizza place in general, so we were super excited to ask them to cater our wedding.

I don’t understand how the pizza and salad Mini Mia combo has been consistently great for ten years. The pizza is always the same. Crispy with bouncy dough. The Cobb salad has been the exact same every single time I’ve had it, like the same exact person is making it every time, with big pieces of chicken and big (what I assume are house made) bacon bits. I’m in awe. Good job. 👍I think the gelato is purchased and shipped in, but it’s still good stuff. They can get overwhelmed with crowds and move slow at this Crown Center location on busy weekends, but I’ve never had problems otherwise.

SPIN! is a perennial favorite of mine, I order almost every Tuesday, get those triple points! Sadly, the south Plaza location on Main Street closed so this is next closest but still within 15 minutes. The ingredients are always fresh and the mix of flavors always tasty over the years. Sometimes a bit inconsistent on the amount of ingredients or how the pizza is baked, but it’s never disappointing. I always phone it in and it’s always ready in 10 to 15 minutes.

I just had one of the most comforting and satisfying meals—chicken noodle soup and pepperoni pizza—and I’m still thinking about it! The chicken noodle soup was everything you want it to be: warm, flavorful, and filled with tender chicken, perfectly cooked noodles, and just the right blend of herbs. It tasted like it was made with love.
And the pepperoni pizza? Absolutely delicious. The crust had the perfect crisp-to-chew ratio, the sauce was rich and tangy, and the pepperoni was cooked to perfection—crispy edges with that slight spicy kick that makes each bite unforgettable.
Together, this meal hit every spot. Cozy, hearty, and downright delicious. Easily a five-star combo that I would eat again in a heartbeat!

Crown Center Kansas City—avoid at all costs! Stopped mid afternoon on a Friday, only two tables with customers in the place. More than 5 staff, ordered cheese bead and meatballs from an extremely non-customer service cashier. Waited more than 30 minutes for the cheese bread and they forgot the meatballs. Overpriced, horrible service, long wait, no soda refills. Very disappointing experience. Don’t go here!

This is a great Spin Pizza location!
The menu is good but they don’t have the new Detroit style pizza here. That was a bummer. I wanted my wife to try it.
However, she ordered the Italian deli sandwich and was very fond of it. I shared a little bit of it and I have to tell you it was delicious.
I ordered the Mini Mia, which is perfect for me! It comes with a small 7 inch your choice of a small salad or soup. Tonight I got the supreme pizza and the Greek salad. Both were excellent!
This is a really nice location inside of Crown Center where the staff is very friendly and competent. The hostess even came around to ask if we wanted any gelato before she shut down the station.
This is a great place to eat before an MTH show or for any reason. We will return.

SPIN is one of my favorite lunch spots, especially for delivery when I'm stuck in the office. But I'm consistently disappointed by the quality of this location. I pay for two sides of ranch on every order just to pray I get one of the two sides I ordered, and repeatedly I won't even get one. On top of this waste of money, the pizzas are constantly undercooked and or missing their standard toppings.
Closing the OG Main Street location, which represented the set standard of SPIN, to relocate energy, staff, and money into Crown Center.. just to see the quality drop more every order over the past two months is disappointing to say the least.
Pizza was good but not worth it! $20 for a 14 inch pizza is ridiculous. Staff has an attitude as well.

I had the BBq chicken pizza with vegan cheese. My friend had the Margherita pizza and added prosciutto. Very good pizza. Will definitely come back. We were too full for gelato lol.

Service was absolutely awful! Felt as if my mere dining-in was an inconvenience to the staff. Cashier was incredibly rude to me and others behind me. Dirty tables throughout the restaurant while 2 servers chatted in the kitchen while on their phones. Far better options elsewhere, don’t waste your time or money here!

when my Spin on Main closed, I was forced to move to this location in Crown Center to maintain my Spin Fix. Unfortunately, this location is very sad, unstaffed, and very little attention to online order instructions. i ordered my normal order, large pizza and a Min-Mia combo, to be picked up at 6 pm. what the Main Street location would do is keep your pizza in the warmer until you arrived. What the CC location did was set it out on the counter for 1/2 an hour until you showed up to pick it up. Needless to say, my pie was cold, oily, terrible. The Main Street location had servers waiting to help people with to-go orders, CC had one lady working the register, one guy making pies, and nobody else to be seen in the place. The PV location is just so much further away from my house, so it looks like if CC Spin is gonna be this bad, I may just have to end a 20 year relationship with SPIN Pizza, which is too bad, it's literally been a staple in our household since they opened.

I used to work at SPIN and I know the expectations of the restaurant. The gentleman that took my order at the register was very nice and polite. After leaving the register, I received Horrible service.. No One ever came back to check on my table or any table near me after they dropped off the food. They were out of minestrone soup and didn't let me know until after I ordered and sat down. They said they only had tomato basil. The soup and pizza came out and the pizza was soggy and doughy and the soup was cold. I looked over at the bar and noticed The soup was sitting in a plastic container on the countertop and not even on the boiler. I noticed multiple people getting up for refills and ToGo boxes. The servers were more worried about cleaning tables, sweeping the floor and collecting the cheese and peppers from the table.

Incredible experience, what made my visit truly memorable, though, was the amazing service. The server Margaret was incredible warm, friendly, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even recommended a delicious dessert we would have missed otherwise. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers like Margaret does.
I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience!
