We came here after a long day of candy and were so excited to sit down and eat! Everyone was so nice and helpful!!! The restaurant was so clean and the food was amazing! This place definitely delivered all that was expected! I would recommend this place to anyone at crown center looking for a good and quick bite to eat! Thank you SPIN! Pizza!

Food was good, but I'm frustrated with the forced tips. You have to order and pay at the counter. Then they bring your order to your table with a reciept and an option to tip. I felt bad not leaving a tip, but all they did was bring my pizza, and I already had to order at the counter... It shouldn't be my responsibility to pay the employees, especially at a restaurant that's not even fully sit-down

Extremely disappointed with Spin Pizza! Had dinner there with the family. The service was BAD, to say the least! Servers were RUDE. We ordered 2 large pizzas, they brought us one, and we waited approximately 30 minutes before we had to ask about the other pizza. They said it was “being re-done”(??) and gave us no further explanation. We found out later they took our pizza to another table. Never going back, for sure! Do not recommend!!Kid-friendliness: They make you feel like they don’t like to serve families with young children. It was not a good feeling!! Never going back there, for sure!!

This is a very sorry excuse of “customer service”. Upon arriving no one gave us the option to be seated. We had to order to go. Even though there were tables open. After ordering we wanted some beers while we waited. They stated since we ordered to go we had to keep our beers in the establishment which is understood. But when we asked to sit at an empty table to drink them they stated once you make a to go order you can no longer sit at a table because it is confusing for everyone. They then gave us drinks with no straws and ignited us when we asked for straws. When we told the manager about our poor customer service he said “ok thanks have a good day” then proceeded to just walk off. We ordered 3 pizzas and had a party of 9. They really dropped the ball on this one.
