Spokes was a lifesaver during my recent trip to Kansas City. Eric and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.The cafe itself is an absolute gem. It has a comfortable, inviting atmosphere that gave me the perfect place to hang out while I waited on my hotel room to be ready. Whether you choose a cozy armchair or a spot at a spacious table, there's a perfect place to relax and get some work done.But the true stars of the show were the coffee and the food....
The favorite bacon breakfast burrito is only okay. If you liked cooked bacon, this one is not for you. The burrito had a nice overall flavor, but I had to remove the bacon since it was barely cooked. Had it been even slightly crispy, this would be a winner. Their other open breakfast sandwiches that feature bacon do not have this issue. If you like your bacon cooked, opt for one of those instead. Staff is fast and efficient. Overall, not a bad option, but pass on the bacon burrito.

I was thrilled they had a GF option for bread!! It’s not listed on the menu, but they can do any sandwich on it!
