Received my free Starbucks birthday drink and the barista nailed it! She surprised me with a Venti Caramel Crunch Frappuccino and it was delicious! Also, the atmosphere was so welcoming and pleasant! Will definitely order from the Starbucks again in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I went inside for my drink and was greeted by all the staff and everyone was super kind! I have to note, I work at a different Starbucks. That being said, I know how the drinks are made. One of the baristas (Ron) made my drink and despite the fact I literally make the drinks myself all the time he made legitimately the best tasting brown sugar shaken espresso I have EVER had in my life. Thank you Ron 🙌

They told me the wrong code for the bathroom and I had to drive across the lot to Target to go. I don’t recommend going in.

Thursday Nov 14th, red cup day at Starbucks and this just happens to be the closest location to me. I went through the drive thru, all of my questions answered, and in no delay at all. Very fast and efficient service, like maybe 4 minutes total between ordering and getting my drink. I got the Peppermint Mocha Iced w oat milk. It has the perfect amount of peppermint and so chocolaty and delicious! (Highly recommend!) Overall i recommend this location!

Went through the drive-through and ordered several items one item was a VENTI hot white chocolate mocha and noticed it was poured as if it was a grande size. This was the second time this occurred. It’s not right paying the price for a venti and getting a grande portion.

The service was good but our food took quite a bit of time considering it was thrown together and had the top sliding off of our sandwiches. They make drinks wonderfully.

this experience is Part of why I am a Caribou fan. I went to this store today to purchase a gift card for my student physical therapist. I purchased a small iced coffee to treat myself at the same time. it was 90% ice. really? In a 4" tall cup? And the person that took my order acted like...'oh ho hum, I was taking a nap and you woke me'. well, once again, I keep trying to like Starbucks and over and over such an incredible insult to my intelligence. I didn't realize how much ice was in the cup till I was on my way and literally drinking water with some coffee in it. Horrible horrible ripoff.

Since they've opened they've been extremely slow (drive thru) as of lately. They also need to work on their customer service skills. Not every one is gen z. Need training. Miss the old staff.
