All mobile orders are priority. Been waiting almost 15 minutes for a $9 coffee with tip.Service was nice, building is clean. Mgmt needs to better service customers also coming into the store.

Helpful Person

I love this store it’s usually busy with plenty of room for people gathering or just going alone. I really like how big it is. The cup and Wall of cups collection is amazing. Great for gifts or just completing your cup collection. Definitely stop in if you are ever in the area it’s a great spot.. The staff is Awesome ??Great Job!

I am a regular at this Starbucks in Brookside, and the customer experience at this store today was beyond bad. The girl working on the mobile order, Arshya, was rude and confrontational; she asked my name to check on my mobile, and when I told her, she said: "Do you have a problem!" I said no you asked my name.Now I understand she is busy and overwhelmed, but to say that and try to start a confrontation with me in a busy Starbucks is not how I plan on starting my day when I paid $7 for my coffee, and I come here almost daily. It was busy today and I recognize she may have been having a bad day but I do not deserve to be treated rudely because of her bad day.

Great drinks and a beautiful spot in Brookside. But some of the most hateful staff I have ever encountered. I don't know if they hate their jobs or if they are just not trained in customer service. But Arshya, the mobile app person, was unbelievably rude and confrontational today; she asked my name to check on my mobile order, and when I told her, she said angrily: "Do you have a problem!" Now, I understand she is underpaid and overworked, but to try and start a confrontation with a customer is revealing the type of person she is. I simply answered "no" because this employee was clearly trying very hard to pick a fight for whatever reason. I have been loyal to Starbucks for 10+ years and the customer service used to be great and friendly. Apparently they no longer care about customers

Order ahead in the app, or expect large wait times (20-30 min) for walk up service at higher volume times. This is not a staffing issue, but more of a show of how high a volume of sales this location does. Wish I had a piece of that financial action.

This is the WORST Starbucks in all of Kansas City! It takes almost an hour to get a cup of coffee. I regret going to this location every time.

I frequent this Starbucks often, as I work in the area. The customer service this morning was awful. Your staff made me feel unwelcome and made rude comments about me asking for a little bit of extra sweet cream. And when I asked to pay for it, I was told there wasn’t a button for it and that they were really “doing me a favor.” I used to be a Starbucks employee and I work in the service industry…I’ve never treated someone so rudely over $1.50. Starbucks hiring standards must have changed drastically in the past five years.

The place always is shortstaffed and your order will most likely come out wrong if the Batista in charge is overwhelmed or exhausted or in a bad mood.

I like the guys that work here, very nice and great service. Very quick in their delivery and over all its consistent quality food and drink. Good location. Still ticked they had to open shop across from panera, who had better coffee. It's all wood in here. Rustic ambience. 5 stars bc of the team
