I had an excellent customer service experience at this Starbucks. A very elegant, classy, eclectic, trendy, and chic ambiance and atmosphere going on there. I would like to commend Emma the front counter associate for her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5-star) customer service! Next level and soo ?! Ya heard me?! ?

It was good, it's Starbucks you know what you're gonna get. I will say there wasn't any hand sanitizer anywhere which was odd especially since this location doesn't have a restroom available to customers and the hotel restroom the employees direct you to is labeled for hotel guests only with a pass code.

This location is ok however i didnt get the best experience and one of the empolyee was kind of rude when i asked for a second cup of hot water i thought water was posed too be free smh i don't think that i will be coming back too this location also not to mention the heat was not at the right temperature and it's 36 degree

Lauren who was working the hot bar today , let me know every one has the privilege to wait , After I simply asked another staff member why my order didn’t come all together at once , never been inside Starbucks before only did drive thur , She rude & how dare she tell me A Black Women about privilege …. I definitely didnt enjoy her customer service ….. StarBucks please hire better … She is ??

This lady was rude and wasn't welcoming at all. I didn't like the vibe at all. I had ordered a drink with sweet cold foam and my drink didn't come out with it it didn't come out how I ordered it so the lady charged me I didn't mind but it was on them she also kept calling me a different name after I already told her how to say my name so I give it a one star she was also rude to my family I had with me I don't like feeling uncomfortable and that's what I felt at this Starbucks! The woman's name was Angie. I will never return to this one; her and the cashier are both rude. I didn't catch his name.
