This is the only store I know of that claims they cannot put a venti drink in a trinta cup to help keep it from spilling. I didn't ask for all the extra the recipie calls for although we should get it with the prices we pay. Every recipient they have has so much waste as the recipe is far to large for each size they sell and they make us pay for that too. I never liked this location or the people the manager here hires. This is just another reminder why I only go to this store if I'm desperate like on Thanksgiving day when I've had less than 4 hours of sleep and start crashing before noon. If it hadn't been Thanksgiving and my normal store not being open (good on them) I would've gone to one of them even though this one is the closest to the family/only open one.

They have a great veriety of dessert coffee. The Caramel macchiano is sweet and warm. Workers are amazing. They run a mile a minute. We enjoy the breads with ours.

Tonight for the third time I was told “We are out of brewed coffee for the day”. It’s 6:40 pm. They close at 8:00. They should post a sign for when they stop making coffee. Or “while supplies last”. I have been going here 2 or 3 times a week for a long time. No more. So long.

This Starbucks is great. Clean, nice employees, fast. Never a confusion with my orders. I was having a morning, Starbucks was definitely needed. Then they added the nice little message on my cup, my day was instantly made. Its the little things. Keep being you Starbucks on Cookingham, keep being you. Ill definitely be back.

Ives waited for over 30 minutes multiple times for my coffee here. Furthermore when they mess up your order, instead of a refund I’ve gotten a $3 discount card. The coffees are also crazy inconsistent after I wait an average of 15 minutes every time I go there, either the shots are burnt, the milk is bad, it’s not filled all the way, or it’s way too foamy somehow.

This is my favorite Starbucks & Mariah is the reason why. She remembers what I like to order & has saved me from forgetting something multiple times. I usually come through the drive thru and I can always tell when Mariah is taking my order because of how calm and confident she sounds - even when it’s very busy. When she’s working, her positive energy always brightens my day!

We go to Starbucks on nearly a daily basis and generally avoid this location because of their inconsistency with drink recipes straight from their menu with no alterations. Unfortunately, we were in the area and decided to give them another chance. My family orders the same thing every visit for the most part, but this time I decided to switch up my order, which resulted in me having a few questions about flavors/options. I was talked to and treated as if I was dumb for asking questions and the employees were blatantly laughing at my questions over the headset. After reiterating my question several times and still not getting an answer, a second employee speaks over the headset and says I need to leave. I told her I’m simply trying to get an answer to the question I’ve asked numerous times with no real answer. She again says I’ll need to leave if I’m going to be rude. I told her “again, I’m just trying to get an answer to the same question I’ve been asking. If you think I’m being rude, you should consider how guys are treating me for simply asking a question. Again, what flavors of cold foam do you have?” She lists the flavors that the first employee obviously (and admittedly once I got to the window and asked him what the point of being disrespectful was) didn’t know. So instead of admitting he didn’t know the answer to my question in the moment and asking another employee, he treats me as if I’m stupid and then I’m threatened with them refusing service. All of this to end up leaving with one wrong drink and two other drinks that were half full.
