I went there with my toddler. They said they were out of the normal chocolate milk bottles and asked if a cup was ok. I said sure. My toddler drank half and then told me he didn’t like it. It was a mocha. Now he’s going to be wired all night. Why on earth would they give a toddler coffee at night and call it chocolate milk? Plus he really needed to go to the bathroom. They wouldn’t let us in even though he was shaking because he needed to go. I understood that part but it was still irritating. Overall a terrible experience.

I went through the drive-thru took a little bit longer than usual but all my drinks were made to perfection. I did not see anywhere to sit down inside I believe it's walk up or drive through only.
This is a drive through or walk up location only. It's got a fairly large parking lot for what it is. I hadn't been to a drive through only location before so it was a bit surprising. It's the same delicious products. The service was fast and friendly. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little confusing because it's behind other businesses.

This is a take out/ drive thru only location. While I love my StarB’s, there is no such thing as customer service when using the walk up window. The staff tends to pretend you aren’t there. They see you, but won’t make eye contact until they are ready to. I understand that they’re busy, but eye contact, along with a simple hand gesture, to acknowledge the fact that you are there, would show better Customer Service.

We just stopped by and got 4 drinks, the cappuccino that I ordered for my husband tasted old and burnt and the cup wasn’t even close to being full.
