The staff here is really great! We appreciate their hard work. Sometimes they get busy and understanding is what's needed!! The staff is very friendly willing to work with you when errors occur and are generally fast at getting your order.
First yes it has a drive thru 😁... this location is always above and beyond. The lady that took my order mis heard me and made a hot drink instead of a cold one but when i told her she went right to work making the correct drink... and she gave me the hot one too! She wasnt mad or irritated she was friendly and amazing at every step, and this is the service you always get at this location. It's my favorite starbucks in town.
Kelley understands the assignment! He’s quick, ALWAYS has great energy/smile and even knows me by name now. Everyone else is nice, but just goes through the motions… a good word would be “blah”. Kelley should be the model for every Starbucks employee — give this man a raise! Most times, Starbucks is the first human interaction of the day for us — a friendlier approach and some pep in their step.. would elevate the experience.
