Amanda is fun!
I went to order an iced latte and wanted to remove half of the amount of vanilla. I was charged to remove an item. You would think they would charge the equal or less for removing a product, not more. I was told they charge for modifying drinks even if you remove items. Stay away! Starbucks is one greedy company!

Very rude custom service! I had separate orders Amanda was very upset that I inconvenienced her. It’s apart of your job to make the customer feel welcomed and she did the opposite rolling her eyes and very dismissive.
An employee assured to me that Starbucks Coffee policy is more important than me.
Very thoughtful and kind baristas, the nice notes to me and my kids made my day. Drinks were great too.
Decent price, service was friendly and quick, the building also looks nice and clean.
Tall chai latte price on the outside is 4.95 but they charge 5.25. why?
Friendly barista! Even though both my drinks weren't ready I still feel like the service was fast and friendly. I may have found my new go-to Starbucks location.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. Even with a Starbucks kind of line it seems like parking wouldn't be too much of an issue

I was shorted on the change due back to me after my cash payment. When I pointed it out to the drive thru cashier, I was told that she held some change back as a tip. I had not been asked if I wanted to leave a tip, let alone for how much. When I followed up with the ‘shift supervisor’ about the incident, via a phone call, I was rudely told that never could have happened. She asked for my transaction details, pulled it up on their system, and said the correct change had been given back to me. I again explained that I had not received all of that change back, and the cashier had told me some was withheld for her tip. I asked if this was Starbucks’ policy or the policy of this location. The woman on the phone told me it was not Starbucks’ policy and to have a nice day. She then ended the call. Overall, this was a confusing and off putting experience. I will definitely avoid this Starbucks in the future. Not only were they rude and deceitful, the drink that I ordered was not very good. It both tasted and looked like it had one espresso shot, at most. I paid for three shots. All-in-all a poor experience.

the girls inside had no idea what they were doing. there were simply three cars in line and it took easily 5 minutes for someone to even come over the speaker…. finally after being too clueless to find my online order they bring my this half filled lazy excuse for a drink. someone should be fired
Constantly make drinks wrong at this location. I can order a drink and it's like they look at the tag to see what it is but don't pay attention to anything else on the tag. So by the time my wife or I pick up the drinks for each other it's to late to get something remade. That being said it ends up being a waste of money when it won't get drank by anyone at that point.

Went in today and ordered the usual for my wife. A venti iced coffee, cream only no sweetener. Not a difficult drink at all. The guy taking my order didn't put it in right, which happens, no big deal. My problem was with the batista who made the drink. When I noticed it was just a black iced coffee, I asked for cream, she gives me a rude look and said "what," so I repeated myself and asked for cream. So she rolls her eyes and aggressively moves about, grabs the cup, gets the milk, and pours it. She comes back and given me a rude look and says, "Make sure you order it next time for inventory purposes," which I respond with, "I did," and just left. Didn't even bother to engage farther. Normally I don't write reviews, but this is not the first time this batista has been incredibly rude.
