This is my favorite Starbucks in the area- their drinks are always perfect and the service is top-notch. I had the sweetest barista prepare my birthday drink today! I wish I got her name but I’m so grateful. Thank you for making my birthday extra special!

I sometimes just tip based on my mood and decided this morning I will tip $5... yeah well going to stop tipping before hand.. My Coffee taste like warm milk. Idk what happened to drop the ball like this but just making you aware that skimping out on some orders will probably cost you tips.

I didn’t want to put my hand on someone else’s coffee so I didn’t turn the cup that they normally write your name on . The cashier was rude and shrugged her shoulders and looked at me like I was stupid very unprofessional . I am a store manager I would not allow my employees to talk to any one that way ever . Ive been to that Starbucks several times never had an issue .with rude employees.

Bring you noise canceling headphones… music is consistently LOUD. Staff is reluctant in turning it down stating it’s a corp policy. Thankful for Renegade Coffee for a true coffee shoppe experience.

This location has always failed to give me the correct order. I normally order through Doordash, and twice in a row now they’ve screwed it up. This time with the entirely wrong drink. Ended up actually driving there myself to get my correct order, and had to wait WAY longer than I think is necessary. For overpriced coffee, you’d think I could actually get what I ordered. Will be going to Dutch Bros across the street from now on. Unbelievable.

I used to go to Starbucks all the time, and my favorites were the falafel pockets and the iced caramel macchiato with pumpkin syrup. The falafel pockets were always crispy and flavorful, and the macchiato had the perfect mix of espresso, caramel, and cozy pumpkin spice. I also loved the matcha—it was creamy and refreshing every time. Definitely recommend if you want great snacks and drinks!
My favorite place. It is near to MCCKC, so I came here very often. I tried their matcha, seasonal drinks, refreshers, sweets, falafel pocket, and egg pistol mozzarella sandwich. I am surprised by the taste eveytime. I am very pleased with the atmosphere and neatness. I wish they add some plants to the outdoor area though.

The staff constantly get orders wrong. If you order something over the Starbucks app, be sure to confirm with them that they got it right. They will frequently make mistakes with the drinks you order; the staff are unable to pay attention to detail.
