When you start your morning at Starbucks, just for them not to have either things you wanted: lavender nor lemonade.......The two biggest things on the menu... which I get, maybe they're out... but it's 9 o'clock in the morning.. My day just started.... The last thing I want to hear is your out of the very two things I have taste for....The thing I opted for a honey almond milk flat white or whatever 3/5.... Now I need to focus on having a better day despite this major disappointment to the start of my day.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. Today, and yesterday, it was not a pleasant experience. The barista (Amy), 2 other baristas, and manager were incredibly rude. The barista refuses to hand me my drink to the point I’m hanging out of my car window she purposely dropped my food and gave it to me it was completely crushed. Her and another barista laughed about it. And don't even get me started on the manager! They were dismissive and downright disrespectful when I tried to address the issue. It's a shame because the coffee might be decent, but the terrible attitude from the staff ruined the whole vibe. I definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

Went to this Starbucks after school to get a strawberry açaí lemonade, the girl taking my order (Elli) was so kind and amazing. Her customer service was 11/10 and the drink tasted so good. The manager (from what I saw) could have been kinder to the employees, as a former Starbucks employee it is a difficult job and they deserve some grace. Love this place!

Poor management. When a store that turns away cash customers illegally because they are unwilling to break $100 on a $40 order for lunch it’s clear the agenda is to only service specific customers.Some people don’t have the Luxary of a debit card in 2024. It’s clear Starbucks values loosing money over pleasing customers

Placing Group orders is so much fun!! The baristas are super condescending and mean even when you are being nice spending money on giant group orders! :) no wonder people are boycotting

My friends and I came to this location to get a coffee and hangout for a little bit. Initially everything went well; the gentleman taking our order was very kind. After getting our drinks we were sitting at a table, trying out filters on ourselves on snapchat when an employee approached us and asked if we could stop taking pictures and videos of them because it made them feel uncomfortable. However, this was a complete assumption and we never took any photos or videos of the employees or customers. We tried to ignore it and keep having a good time but we felt like we were not allowed on our phones. Also, the same employee that previously approached us was stocking the shelves with holiday merch. We saw a cup we liked and wanted to know the price. My friend stood and started walking to the shelf and before she even got to the shelf the employee assertively let her know they were not for sale until tomorrow. “You actually can’t purchase those until tomorrow” When we told her we were just looking to see how much it was she gave us a dirty look, like she was annoyed. After this situation we no longer felt welcomed and felt that everything we did was wrong, so we left immediately. Probably won’t be back because of this.

everything was great at the beginning, the guy taking our order was very nice, and the drinks were great! although me and friends stayed to enjoy our coffee, we were just hanging out and catching up. And then got on snap chat trying on filters on our selfs and having fun ( not being loud) but the workers thought we were taking videos of them, which we weren't because that's a violation on people privacy but got told by a worker that if we could stop taking photos and videos of them, so we stopped being on snapchat but even if we got on our phones we kept getting weird looks from the workers which made us feel like we couldn't even be on our phones anymore. They were also putting out new cups and on of them was really cute, so one of my friends wanted to check the price of it (we knew they weren't for sell yet) we just wanted to know how much it was for a future purchase. the lady putting out the cups told my friend "yeah those are for sell until tomorrow" and after we told her we just wanted to know the price she kinda looked annoyed so we just ended up leaving because we felt really un welcomed and judged for anything we did.

Such good service people are so sweet and kind. The atmosphere is so positive everyone has a smile on their face when you walk in. If your a regular customer then they will remember your name. I recommend this Starbucks because the people make it really enjoyable and welcoming ?

As someone who has been to almost every single Starbucks in the KC metro, these guys are the best by landslide. Even if you are closer to a different Starbucks I highly recommend going out of your way to go to this one, specifically because the service and the quality of your drink are going to be just superb. They're well worth all the money I've spent here.
