I come here almost every other day after work, most of the staff is usually very sweet and kind but there is one employee who greeted me today that was so foul. I ordered on the mobile app my previous ordered beverage and there was a mix up on what the size should have been. I wanted a venti, and received a grande. I told the barista i would like a venti and i could pay the difference or even just pay for an entire new drink and take both if that was not a problem. Mind you NOBODY is inside the building, no cars behind me in the drive through or parking lot? The barista looked me in my eyes with the most condescending tone “um yeah it would be an inconvenience there’s only two of us working but have a good day”. This person had no name tag but the tag only said “women”. Who ever this barista is needs training on basic interaction skills and to understand customer service? I am a paying customer who offered more money for the drink I originally came for yet your making me uncomfortable and feel like an inconvenience for ordering…. I will not be coming back to this location. VERY disappointed in this staff.

I just want to give a shout out to Megan today! She was so friendly and helped me pick out a perfect pumpkin drink. You could tell she had a smile on her face when she took your order. When I got to the window, that same BIG smile greeted me. Thanks for starting my day off great!

Ordered cold brew with sugar, caramel syrup and caramel drizzle. I got just brewed coffee with nothing of that in in. Asked to remake the coffee. They just added there ice. That s it. I am very pissed

Here on the 4th of July , I got a mocha and a cold brew latte with vanilla foam ,the first time it was terrible,the second time I asked them to make it and in 20 seconds I'm served another pair of drinks worse than the first time ,I went to tell them and the black girl with curly hair gave me a look as if I asked for one of her kidneys!
I requested them to make me a matcha which was good (thankfully)
I was really happy after getting a single edible drink for 15 dollars and thanked them graciously and the black girl kept giving me dirty looks ,I don't understand.
Starbucks , please hire people who won't behave like these with customers.

It’s getting a bit expensive to purchase from this company. I have been a long time loyal customer of Starbucks, but I mean seriously inflation isn’t THiS bad.

Just buy your own espresso machine and learn to use it. It’s cheaper in less than a year if you drink 4 times a week.

Went yesterday(4/12 at approx 230pm). Snarky, sneering, dismissive workers who provide terrible service. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese wrap and the sneering window server left me sitting at the window until another worker finally tossed it at me dismissively. It was the wrong order, tasted terrible like they threw it on the floor, and made me slightly ill. It's like this every time I go to this location.

Poor service - when we asked if any of their food items were gluten free the response was “I don’t know, if you want to know that information you’ll have to look at the app. My coworker says she doesn’t think anything is gluten free.” Terrible response. Not sure if this is a fault of starbucks not providing enough information to their staff, or if they’re unwilling to be helpful or use their resources.

And FYI, there are several things that are gluten free.

When did it become a trend to be a rude drive thru barista diva? I order this drink daily without ice because I don't like it diluted...this store added more water to the drink..returned thru the drive thru...barista guy in devil costume decides to correct me on how to ask for a refund in a rude way..Don't like your job..find another one!

State Line is the worst location to order from. First, the prices are high in-store, mobile ordering, and delivery. I paid $93 doing delivery on the starbucks website for something that other stores charge $40 for. Secondly, half of my food was missing. They always miss the avocado spread, but this time there was more missing. They put the cold drinks in the bag with hot food, so the food was soggy. The lids had popped off the drinks. The bacon and sausage in the burrito was raw. I called to get a refund for my missing items, they said they can't do anything even though it was their website. I had to call cooperate to get a partial refund and they didn't care to hear my concerns elsewhere. Awful experience!

Near many businesses w/ lots of commuter traffic, so entering/leaving can be a B, however, their team is super sweet and I’ve never run into any issues with my orders. Thank you!!
I saw a recent negative review on here about a customer not receiving ketchup with their breakfast sandwich so I decided to write this review. I strongly dislike ketchup, and I thought their review was a little passive and petty, so here’s my 5-star review. Cheers!
