Went yesterday(4/12 at approx 230pm). Snarky, sneering, dismissive workers who provide terrible service. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese wrap and the sneering window server left me sitting at the window until another worker finally tossed it at me dismissively. It was the wrong order, tasted terrible like they threw it on the floor, and made me slightly ill. It's like this every time I go to this location.

Poor service - when we asked if any of their food items were gluten free the response was “I don’t know, if you want to know that information you’ll have to look at the app. My coworker says she doesn’t think anything is gluten free.” Terrible response. Not sure if this is a fault of starbucks not providing enough information to their staff, or if they’re unwilling to be helpful or use their resources.

And FYI, there are several things that are gluten free.

When did it become a trend to be a rude drive thru barista diva? I order this drink daily without ice because I don't like it diluted...this store added more water to the drink..returned thru the drive thru...barista guy in devil costume decides to correct me on how to ask for a refund in a rude way..Don't like your job..find another one!

State Line is the worst location to order from. First, the prices are high in-store, mobile ordering, and delivery. I paid $93 doing delivery on the starbucks website for something that other stores charge $40 for. Secondly, half of my food was missing. They always miss the avocado spread, but this time there was more missing. They put the cold drinks in the bag with hot food, so the food was soggy. The lids had popped off the drinks. The bacon and sausage in the burrito was raw. I called to get a refund for my missing items, they said they can't do anything even though it was their website. I had to call cooperate to get a partial refund and they didn't care to hear my concerns elsewhere. Awful experience!

Near many businesses w/ lots of commuter traffic, so entering/leaving can be a B, however, their team is super sweet and I’ve never run into any issues with my orders. Thank you!!
I saw a recent negative review on here about a customer not receiving ketchup with their breakfast sandwich so I decided to write this review. I strongly dislike ketchup, and I thought their review was a little passive and petty, so here’s my 5-star review. Cheers!

I am a Starbucks fan. I enjoyed the new Cortado. I enjoyed the plain version. I did not enjoy the brown sugar version. I had my normal plain bagel toasted with cream cheese, yummy! A trusted favorite.

Do not order from the Starbucks they added bananas to a ribbon caramel frappe and not asking for the right recipe and my husband's allergic to bananas and almond milk sugar cookie frappe that look like a Coca-Cola from 7-Eleven very poor customer service they destroyed his drink for his birthday thank you Starbucks for not well training your employees Very disappointing.🤢🤮

I ordered through the drive through and a lovely barista named Louis gave a very helpful recommendation. They recommended the cranberry refresher with no water-sub passion tea and add a few pumps of ginger bread syrup. The drink was amazing and Louis was the most helpful and kind barista I've ever encountered(which means a lot since I used to work at Starbucks for two years).

Rude towards people of color act like they seen a monster or zombie when you walk in the door. Workers will completely ignore you if you have a DoorDash you basically have to look through the stuff yourself on the counter.

Terrible customer service from Colette. Colette was very obviously pissed off and taking it out on customers.
No greeting, rushing us through our order, very short rude answers, waving hand in a hurry up motion while my husband, who has a speech impediment, was trying to order.
Incredibly rude. Management needs to have a discussion with Colette on basic customer service and inclusion.
