Service is great. I went during a very busy hour (I am at a convention in Crown Center), and the employees were working their tails off while being very patient and fun. I would recommend this Starbucks for the outstanding service!

The usual Starbucks experience but in a crowded shopping area, worth the visit during holidays bc although you need to beat the crowds, the decorations and holiday themed attractions are a kid's favorite.

Horrible service, drinks were wrong, wait time for just COFFEE was > than 45 minutes (only to have the order wrong). The barista(s) definitely did not get in any hurry. Management needs an overhaul.

Nice customer service. But my drink was barely filled 2/3 of the way. I did say yes to whip, but still expect there to be more than 2/3 filled. Will include pictures of my drink before I took a drink. I waited probably 5 mins before taking a drink in case it was hot. But the drink felt so light, I popped the lid off and was bummed. It was the chestnut praline drink, so pretty expensive.

I have no problem tipping 20% - 30% for a server at a restaurant or a Bartender who takes care of me over the hour or so I am there.But being promted to tip 30% for someone who is only taking care of me for 3 minutes at most. Then when I give a custom tip for 2 drinks and a sandwich, and then have the promter tells me I am bad tipper. Not to mention screwing up my order, to make me pay more.Screw Starbucks, screw the manager Owner. .I intend on informing Corporate. And the US Labor dept. Because you cannot supplement tips for work performed by none service people. The barrista is making the drinks, not serving and the only other person interacting with is a cashier.Even when the mgt responded to my complaint. They have NO Intention of correcting the problem.

This is totally ridiculous! If you don't tip over twenty percent, the regular share tells you that you're a poor tipper! You took two seconds to hang me a cup of coffee comma I shouldn't tip at all.
