Super fast service and faithful flavors.

Bartender named brandy is absolutely terrible. She ignored me at first, forgot my order. Finally she put it in and after 20 mins I asked about my food order. She comes back with it and it’s cold. She tried to argue with me that she watched the kitchen serve it fresh. I told her she can try it because it’s cold. Stay away from Brandy D’s section.

Don’t be drawn in by BBQ in an airport…a terrible value. One burnt end sandwich was nearly $30, and the bbq was cold, it was only meat, and bun was cheap supermarket quality at best. Take a look at the picture for $30. Yuck.

Service was impatient, but not slow.

Overall, I’ll personally not eat here again and suggest you look elsewhere in the airport. I’m truly a bit angry I stopped here.

The food is ok... staff is always slow to serve and acknowledge your presence... they also serve beer & cocktails in hot glassware straight from the dishwasher...
Highly recommend avoiding this place

On 4/27/2025 I had breakfast at your restaurant. Matt G was my several and he was exceptional. He was help in recommending the breakfast sandwich with brisket. He was cheerful and very positive with me and all his customers. He's a great customer service representative for your restaurant and chain.

Very rude employee's all of them had attudes. Like they all hated each other and hated the customers!

I ordered the 3 meat with brisket burnt ends, pulled pork, and smoked sausage. Overall, it was ok, but I was really disappointed with the sauces. They tasted very much the same and were too sweet for my preference.

The service from Janina was exceptional, and the West Bottom IPA from Stockyards was fresh, with grapefruity citrus, and paired great with the meal. The food was warm, the burnt ends were tender, the pulled pork wasn't my favorite, and it came in a predertimened sauce which I didn'tcare for. The sausage was too spongy for my taste, similar consistency to a frankfurter/hot dog, which was off-putting. Cornbread was very dry. The coleslaw had a purple tinge, again, didn't balance well the sweetness with the lack of acidity and had dried cranberries.

I probably would stick with brisket burnt ends or try the brisket and stick to the beef options. I'd be willing to try again, but I think the portion for the 2 meat was a bit small and ordering up to the 3 meat was too much for 1 meal.

Overall the food was just ok. It had a really good flavor but I came early so they only served breakfast. I ordered the brisket breakfast sandwich and it comes on Texas toast and the egg was square, just as thick as the toast and reminded me of powdered eggs. The service was mid level as well. The prices just like anything else are on the higher end of the spectrum. I wouldn't eat here a second time unless it was to try their burnt ends.

First place I gave a try at MCI and boy do I regret it.
Service was just bad, food quality was sub par (basic Mac n cheese was rubbery).

Other reviews have similar experiences and it's baffling how it does not change.

Airport prices +$5, service by sloths, questionable “accidental” doubles. Lucky to make my flight and only 1 drink for $24, SMH

Great experience. Bbq and sides were awesome. Staff was friendly, service was fast. Will be my go to place next time flying.

Great food. Very expensive. Poor service. Some absolutely rude. We were trying to get a hold of literally anyone to ask for the check and one server literally looked the other way when I asked for the check, in an obvious attempt to ignore me. Serve needs to be more responsive when you need to be prompt for flights.

Good beer and. Nice vibes with small booths and lighting. House chips are great.
