I had no problem with my food, it was good. My problem was with man who made my food and charged me. I paid with my debit card, and I was expecting to have a tip option before I authorized it. I was surprised when there was no option, to tip. After I got back to work, I looked at my receipt and saw that my salad and medium drink was $18.60. I looked and he helped himself, and charged me $3.10. This is not much, but the principle of the matter is, he stole my money. I did not give permission for that tip. I hope the manager and franchise keep an eye on funds for that store.

Ordered online they messed my order up, then said they couldn't fix it because it's an online order. Then gives me a 1800 number to get a refund and the number said they don't do that and give me an email. Don't know if I'll get my refund because I'm getting the run around don't go to the Subway on 87th and Blue Ridge ever! This is the second time I've dealt with this and took me 3 weeks to get a refund!

This location apparently doesn’t take coupons you get in the mail anymore. I’ve been to this location at least 2 times in the last couple months and I get the same thing (rotisserie style chicken foot-long) and I’ve used my coupons both times. I went yesterday, ordered the same thing I normally do, and when I pulled out the coupon, the associate told me they don’t accept coupons. I explained that I’ve used them before but he just said maybe you were at a different location (I wasn’t) and then said maybe you ordered a different sandwich (I didn’t). I asked if he was sure and he responded with “I’ve been here for 5 years. We don’t accept coupons.”

I went to Subway and ordered three subs from their Subway Series menu. When I picked them up, they had less meat than the cheaper menu options. I tried contacting customer service but didn't get a response. I also reached out to corporate and got no reply. Some of the negative reviews here are accurate. See the pictures of my sandwiches for proof. I recommend going to a different store or avoiding Subway altogether.
