Worse subway ever

Allowed someone to steal my sandwich and did not believe that I was the actual customer and was very rude. I showed them my app and everything. Now I literally paid for someone else to eat my dinner. It was the lack of empathy for me. What if that was my last $13?

Before, a boy served me and he prepared the sandwiches very well and today when I went, a girl served me and prepared my sandwich with a little bit of everything, like 10 pieces of lettuce and 3 spinach flip flops, 2 slices of tomato and about 3 pieces of chili, I didn't like it.

Anyone, DO NOT go to this Subway! I did a mobile order, and when I got to the Subway, the store was locked up and there were no employees behind the counter. Now $20 goes down the drain! DO NOT GO HERE!

Will mail out coupons to nearby residents but will only allow customers to use them on 5 different sandwiches, regardless of what the coupons say. The regional manager needs to pay attention to this Subway and do something about it.

How are you gonna send out coupons to the local neighborhoods that specifically say you can't use them on "wraps, mexicali, the monster"...then when you walk into this subway and the other one down the road and there's is a peice of paper saying coupons are only good for 5 specific sandwiches????Don't send out coupons to the local neighborhoods, if the general or regional manager is gonna change the stipulations of said coupons.

I came in to use the bathroom because no other place had one. Normally they didn't let people who isn't a paying customer use the bathroom but they was so cool and nice I want to give them the highest regards a place can get. Thank you so much.

Been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I might just be done at this point. There are better Subways in the area. Some that actually honor most of promos or coupons on the subway app, for example. But hey, that all says "participating restaurants." If they don't want to participate, they don't have to participate. It's a clean establishment, the staff is always friendly, and they usually get my online order right at least, but not today. A footlong melt is not the same as a footlong. They should know their own menu, right? They didn't even toast it! And they're begging for tips when they're charging $13 with no possible discount for the wrong thing? I guess it's my fault for not checking before I left, but having to wait for them to remake the whole thing isn't exactly the point of ordering ahead, now is it?
