My husband ordered 2 foot long sandwiches on the Subway app. The app said it would be ready at curbside at 4 pm I pulled up at the designated curbside spot at 3:58. And waited . At 4:10 I went inside to see why they didn’t bring my order. I was not greeted I as entered. I asked them about my order and they were very rude to me. They said my order would be ready at 4:20. I told them that the app said 4 pm and 3 young ladies continued to say no no and argue with me and give me the evil eye. The owner came out from the back and I explained to him and he raised his voice and was very very disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable. Once I arrived home and open my bag and it’s not even the correct order! Very disappointing. Will never go back to this one or the one in Gladstone Walmart that this owner also owns.

I won't be back. Card reader broke and the lady working register rude. And order was slow her and co-worker had to keep goin to back and couldn't understand what the problem was.

First time I’ve been to this location. I got a smile from the lady working there so I hope she was in a better mood lol.. Great service and I can’t complain about anything. Thank You to the wonderful staff there.

Walked here on Mother's day. Arrived at 7pm and was rudely told I was not allowed to sit in the lobby and eat my sandwich. It was raining and I had my newborn on my chest. The employees are never nice here. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Every now and then, I find myself craving a subway. That would have never happened if it wasn't for this location to tickle my taste buds, lol. Under no circumstances would I recommend someone to order Subway with so many other options out there. But this location nails it. I always order from the app, and I'm yet to witness any error in the completion of my order. There are many subway franchises, but they're not all the same, so please do yourself a favor and give this place a shot. I think you'll be coming back, I have a subway 4mn from my house, yet I drive the extra 10 to order from here. Enough said

So this location I've been to a few times & the employees never seem to be happy & come off as rather bothered by u coming in. I had coupons from the local mail & I was immediately directed to a piece of paper explaining they don't normally participate in the coupons but will accept them for only the subs listed on the paper. Which is basically all their old subs. Prices are ridiculously high w a footlong being $10.99 for the cheapest meatball up to $15.99. And no difference in the amount of meat put on the subs either to make up for the huge price increase. As with so many places lately I don't understand why they put their most disgruntled, miserable, unhappy people out front interacting w the customers. But maybe that's all the employees they have to work though as it seems nobody wants to work anymore.
