2 older ladies working in there both were rude no customer service just rude.
Asked for a steak and pepperoni on flat bread toasted the First Lady takes the plastic steak container puts it in the toaster oven with pepperoni on it after asking for me to repeat my request 3 times like she couldn’t hear me. I was confused as she was toasting it without my flat bread. I am not even sure if those containers are supposed to be in the oven I finally say something and she gets an attitude. Slaps the meat on my sandwich and slams the oven door. Then proceeds to help the customer behind me leaving my sandwich sitting there getting cold. Finally am the other lady comes to dress up my sandwich I request a little siracha and dumps a shit ton on I was so upset then when ringing me up I give her a coupon and she rudely tells me “ WE DONT ACCEPT COUPONS!” I tell her I wish I would have known.. before placing an order you should put that on the door. What if someone one only had x amount of $….? so I pay full price 🙄 my sandwich was way over sauced! Won’t be back again that’s for sure!
They seemed very nice. But when it came time to put salsa on my sandwich. I asked for chipotle. And she put sweet onion on it. And then said well the meat already has a bit on it so a bit more wouldn’t matter. And then put chipotle on it. It way overpowered the sandwich. Not to mention the extra sodium and calories I did not want!! Then, I went to go get my soda. And no ice was coming out. The lady said it has ice. It’s just not coming out. Pretty snappy when she said it. And then offered no solution. Who the hell does that?!

3 months later, employees stated that manager Eric is still making them change dates on meats, pushing them past the expiration dates two or three times.
Eat at your own risk, but I will not be eating there anymore.
After listening to the advertisements on TV I was Inform that the specials that I see on TV. Do not pertain to any Subway. North of the River in Kansas City Missouri, so that is quite disappointing. Plus the service and atmosphere was less than desirable.

Smashed avocado has started tasting awful. But the employees are really sweet and understanding. Remade my sandwich when the avocado didn't taste good. Haven't seen stoner guy in a while

I ordered online and had extra of everything and asked for italian herbs and cheese when i got my sandwich she put the minimum of everything and gave me white bread, never eating here again.

We ordered DoorDash. Everything was wrong. We order 2 drinks, one sprite and one lemonade. We got a Diet Coke and an UNFLAVORED lemonade. Half of our food was missing.

I ordered online and got double steak on my sandwich. When I got it th sandwich the meat look like it was barley enough for a 6in. Not ordering online anymore. Gave a tip too

I have not been to Subway for years and today I was reminded exactly why I don't go there. First of all, the person who takes the bread out and puts the meat on your sandwich uses the same gloves for every single sandwich. So when she or he takes out a loaf of bread and cuts it, she's touching it with all the meat that she has touched and then puts it back on the shelf if you didn't get a footlong. How's that health department?The gentleman who fixed my sandwich tonight obviously hates his job. As he was putting the toppings on my sandwich, everything was thrown in the center. I asked if he would mind spreading that out to both ends of the sandwich so I have something on the end? Tomatoes were barely pink.He never said thank you, just pushed the sandwich at me.Pathetic service.Got home to eat the sandwich, The bread is hard. The outside of the bread is cracking all over the plate. I will never return to Subway again. What a waste of money and what a horrible location.
