Lady with green hair and a disgusting attitude works here in the afternoon, pulled in at 8:30 pm an hour before closing time and she gave us disgusting looks through the window and was shaking her head at us as we were going in…..loosing customers for subway if you don’t like your job find a new one

The sandwich was great and the food area, bathrooms, and seating area were really clean as well. I took two stars off on the service just because the staff was a little rude. I was just trying to order my sandwich and they seemed irritated that I put toppings on it lol…

called and asked a simple question on if they had eggs and they mocked me??? 😭😭
Two misleading hours of operation, one says 930am, the other 9am. At 9:33 i knocked on the door and no response. After 5 mins a very nasty lady said there is no need to knock, I was in the restroom, then she rushes my order as im trying to decide ingredients, no need for any of this bad attitude. Horrible service. I will never return. My experience here has ruined any future return. If the lady working here this morning doesn't like to work with people, she should work somewhere else.
Placed order online and my card was charged but they said they don't have a receipt for my order and that I would be refunded in 48hrs I didn't want the refund I wanted my food and the girl I spoke to was rude.
The lady that was at the counter was very nice and made up the Subs quickly but tidy. Restaurant was clean and had that subway smell we all know. Well ran spot for sure 👍🏼

Walked into the store and instead of being greeted with the normal welcome I was immediately rushed into ordering by the employees. After being yelled at to hurry and order I laughed thinking this was a joke. To my surprise there was no joke. Needless to say I left just as fast as I came in. Have never experienced such terrible customer service before.

Ordered a vegetarian delight, had to repeat all my answers ie type of bread, how long, do you want it toasted. After she put lettuce on it she wanted to be done with it.0 I said it’s a veg delight I would like more on it. Finally got the sandwich made and I had Forgot to order a pepperoni dipper for my friend. The subway artist points to the other end of the line and says next time order down there. I said if it’s too much of an inconvenience then don’t worry about. I left with out it. I was the only customer in the store. I asked for the owner information and they asked are you going to complain. I said yes I was and they would not give it to me

No signage anywhere and they didn't tell me until I was ringing up that they don't do coupons. Paid more than double the amount of the coupon. I should have just walked out without food. Never coming back.
