This is the closest subway to my house and it’s def the best one I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly and it’s always clean when I go in.

The owners are very nice people, and we’re kind enough to leave my food by the door after I ordered picked at the wrong time. Truly understanding people! I have been choosing this Subway specifically for years because I know and trust my food will be perfect!

Unsanitary. Refused to wash hands while touching food and money with same fingers. Workers here speak little to no English and are not very friendly. Reminds me of Indian street food.

We always drive out of our way to pickup online orders from this location! It is always ready when we arrive, made correct and taste amazing!

We drive from across town just to pick up food from this location. The man that runs it has been nothing but over the top nice to my family and I every single visit. Food is always incredibly fresh and the orders have never been wrong once.

Place is usually empty because the service is bad. Not friendly and they don't respect their customers. Do not recommend. Go to Barry Rd instead.

I ordered the hot honey sandwich with avocado slices and a sparkling orange Celsius drink. What I got was a shredded chicken sandwich with smashed avocado and two pulp free orange juices. The sandwich was soggy and messy bread was wet. The drink was incorrect. The sandwich was incorrect. I can’t get a hold of a human being to talk to because they won’t answer the phone. There was a hair stuck to the bag with the sticker.

Phenomenal and Fast service, very kind workers and very good at making sure they got me exactly what I wanted. This is exactly how a Subway should run. The worker also gave me a free cookie! Great job guys!
Hours are not correct
Very bad customer service one of lady worker very rude and bad attitude also the manager horrible tray to defend he’s worker when I told him about the way how she serve is horrible. The Salad look bad. We are not going again. I don’t recommend any one going that subway.

Service was horrible. The man who was working was going to call the police because we took more than 1 napkin per person. We purchased 2 footlong meals and needed more than 1 napkin. He said that was theft because the company only allows 1 napkin per person.. sooo we won't be back to that location!! Just sad 😔 in my opinion
Subway mails coupons to houses in the area. Customers make a trip to the store and are told that the franchise owner has decided not to take the coupons. The poor clerk said he has to tell everyone with a coupon about the owners decision. We left without buying anything and we are telling everyone we know of our experience!
Rude staff, they claim their system is working after I showed them it clearly was not and all they day was not my problem, tey again later and got hostile. Would give 0 stars if I could

I placed an order on saturday around 4:45pn and they proceeded to take the money out of my account but once arriving to the store, they did not see my order and refused to look at my account or order. i did not receive my order after horrible customer service and rude employees who treated me like a liar and a piece of doodoo. i had to call my bank to dispute the charge because they refused to do anything and had no number for customer service for subway. worst experience ever. do not come here.
