The food was delicious, and I used the app to order ahead; so It was ready when I arrived. I wasn't expecting tuna when I ordered turkey & ham.

I placed an order on saturday around 4:45pn and they proceeded to take the money out of my account but once arriving to the store, they did not see my order and refused to look at my account or order. i did not receive my order after horrible customer service and rude employees who treated me like a liar and a piece of doodoo. i had to call my bank to dispute the charge because they refused to do anything and had no number for customer service for subway. worst experience ever. do not come here.

We preordered and then went in to subway on a Wednesday night for dinner. We had a 3 foot longs for $17 coupon and we looked in the app first to make sure that this location was participating in accepting the coupons. When we tried to pay, we were yelled at for minutes by a very young girl who was not even in uniform. Her and her mom were the only ones behind the counter and the mom was the only one in uniform, leading me to believe her daughter wasn’t even employed there. Her daughter was the one working the cash register too. She tried to convince us that the coupon was applied and that with tax and the $5 cookie we got it totaled to $35. When we said there had to be a mistake, her and her mom started yelling at us and telling us to “go online” which I’m not even sure what that means. It was a physical paper coupon we received in the mail that does not expire for another month. Also they got the bread wrong on two of our orders. Very unhappy and disappointed with this experience. Awful service and rude employees. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this interaction was too unprofessional and upsetting to not leave one.

I’ve been to a lot of Subways over the years and I must say I was really impressed with this one. The bread was fresh and soft,they took time care and pride in putting my sandwich together and the cookies were fresh and delicious. I’ll be back

I had such a great experience today at this Subway location that I felt compelled to write a review, and I was shocked to see the poor comments. I wonder if it has gotten new management/owners recently? I highly recommend giving them another chance because it was extremely new/clean inside with the happiest, most pleasant employees (possibly managers/owners). They made me the best sub I have had at a Subway in years. Please don’t write this place off :)

Two ladies working 11/24/23 evening suck.We went there the two was playing on there phone .They seemed earatated when we asked for a sandwich. The sandwich was torn up.
