Got the wrong sandwich and she wouldn’t remake it because they were out of everything. 0/10

I was ordering the boss sandwich, the employee asked if I wanted Provolone cheese. I said yes, Provolone is fine. She then asked if I wanted this huge chunk of cheese from the bread. I said no. She then toasted the sandwich and started to add the vegetables. Turns out she forgot to even put the cheese on it. Okay, it's fine we just added the cheese after. A meatball rolled off the sandwich, the employee didn't care and started to wrap the sandwich up. Had to ask for meatball to be included.
The customer behind me got his sandwich flipped over by the employee and lost all of his toppings.
Looking at the vegetables, the cucumbers were brown and soggy and the lettuce was brown as well. All the other ones looked fresh.
Overall a hot mess.

If i could give a zero star rating i would, employee's attitude was awful, she was no where to be found for almost 10 minutes while we waited. I had to call the store phone before she came out of the bathroom. I understand needing to use the bathroom and being the only employee on staff but there is really no excuse for the attitude. When we asked her questions she would make it extra complicated for no reason or just point to the signs instead of just listing what the options were. Definitely won't be back or recommending this location, i'll stick to the Englewood branch instead.

I completed hated my sandwich. It was an absolute mess. This sandwich basically fell apart soon as I unwrapped it. It was overstuffed and the things I asked for were not on the sandwich. I was expecting a pleasant lunch, now I’m highly irritated. Thanks

DISGUSTING. Counter at checkout filthy, Guy mopping the floor left a container of dirty water next to the cup lids and straws ON the counter and a wet rag lying on a table.
ONE guy making sandwiches seemed annoyed to be there, I was literally the only person there and the place was FILTHY! I came REALLY close to saying nevermind wondering if what I saw was filthy what it looked like BEHIND the counter.
Something started beeping and then what sounded like a FIRE ALARM went off. One guy came in after me and his pickup order wasn't ready. He gave up and left before the alarm started screaming.
Once I saw how filthy everything was, there was no WAY I was going to eat there then couldn't due to the alarm. I ate in my car.
Betting massive health code violations. Trust me I wanted to take photos.

Might want to let the owners of this franchise know that since since Jersey Mike's opened 2 blocks away with much better service and hospitality, the price is pretty much the only competitive advantage this store has left. As if walking into the entirely empty store at 6:15 pm in the evening wasn't a telltale sign of things, we walked in with our subway coupons in hand which didn't warrant us a "hello" from the staff person... only a "we don't take those". No point in coming anymore then. We left their empty store and went and waited in line behind 8 other customers for Jersey Mike's instead. Hope the owners work on finding a way to give the customers any reason at all to still come to this location.

If there was an option for 0 I’d give it. This place is always SOOOOOOO SLOOOOOWWWW, they talk constantly to each other and forget what you order right after you tell them. One girl even lays the toppings out 1 at a time. It’s wild that they haven’t fixed this problem by now. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t bother going if you’re on a time restriction or in a hurry of any kind.

Very rude and slow gal at the counter. Couldn't get order right doesn't pay attention you could tell she hates her job. Will not be going back to this location ever and recommending the same to everyone else

Pieces of food on the floor, the tables are not wiped off, the pickup area has food stuff all over it. There is no way this happened in the few hours they've been open. They didn't clean up from the day before. Not ran well at all. Took a long time for them to make my pickup order. I regret putting a tip on my order.

I had waited a while one worker chatted and another served a customer. Employees hardly made eye contact while serving me. the store didn't seem very clean. Won't come back here if it can be helped.
Don't do it! I know subway is a "quick and easy" choice. This was my worst subway experience by far. I have tried this particular location a few times now and it's been bad each time. Will not come back to this location.
